For children aged 7-12 years old we offer Kids program which focuses on building confidence self-esteem along with physical fitness & self-defense techniques.
For teenagers & adults we offer Teen/Adult program which focuses on improving physical fitness & flexibility along with practical self-defense techniques that can be used in real-life situations.
We also provide private lessons for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or have specific goals they want to achieve. Our private lessons can be tailored according to your needs whether it's improving your technique or preparing for competition etc.,
