They won't let my mom eat and she is getting mad and they don't care if she starves. She went in for surgery at 5:30 am and was ready to come home, until they said they want to keep her overnight. They over did the saline on her and made her get water in lungs. I want to see the higher up do something about this! My mom hasn't had anything to eat since before 9:30 pm yesterday.
Avoid this hospital. They wouldn't even let me sit in the waiting room. It was NOT THAT busy. 5 hours later at 1 in the flipping morning I'm still sitting in my car. For my family member stuck inside they finally got in a room and was given blood work and nothing else. THIS is the SECOND time they have dismissed them without doing ANYTHING! It took FIVE hours for them to do something that takes FIVE minutes and sent them home. ABSOLUTELY pointless
My bf just had hernia surgery here. Upon reading these reviews I was a little nervous. Everyone there was so nice and helpful! They did a great job for him. These overworked, overwhelmed employees are not only dealing with the stress of a pandemic but also everything else that people need medical attention for. Instead of critizing these poor workers, why not say THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
I've been a patient here and always had a pleasant stay.
Dr Rabih Hassan had the most awful demeanor I have ever experienced. He asked me why I was crying after he told me my mother was going into hospice. I have never met a physician so insensitive. It is a shame that he is allowed to speak this way to patients family members.
I don't typically write reviews. But my stay of 48 hours at the hospital was absolutely wonderful. From the ER nurses/staff, to everyone on the 6th floor that I dealt with. 100% amazing.
I went to the Er last night by ambulance for shortness of breath and water retention. My feet and legs are swelled to the point of bare being to walk . inwas there from 1:00 am till 7:00 am .im that time all they did was blood work and gave me injections of laysics my breathing issues were not addressed before I was discharged . when being discharged I was given a oxygen tank and was told to walk out the side door . inwas not given discharge orders and my IV was left in for me to have to take out myself when I got home while still having issues breathing
I would give a solid zero if I could. They kept sending my daughter home and misdiagnosing her and it was only until we took her to Children's Hospital that we were finally taken seriously. They repeatedly failed not only us but many other people as well. I implore anyone who sees this not to waste their time with this worthless establishment.
The phlebotomist are amazing. Other then that, one of the EMT's try to say my girlfriend was faking her seizure. Never felt more offended
Everytime I've had to go here they have been absolutely useless, medexpress is a better hospital. This past time their incompetent staff wouldve caused me to lose function of my right shoulder if I hadn't went elsewhere looking for a second opinion. They sent a coworker of mine home with internal bleeding. DO NOT COME HERE. If a car hits me directly outside their front door I will demand to be taken to a different hospital, do not put your faith in this hospital and especially do not take your children here.
