After being served with papers over a supposed debt I contacted the law offices of Fenters Ward.

That day I spoke with one of their lawyers over the phone, he was not only very polite and knowledgeable but new exactly what I was going through and put my mind at ease.

Once I worked out my very affordable and reasonable payment plan they handled everything else. Shortly after my court date they contacted me one last time to let me know they had indeed won my case!

Thank you Fenters Ward for standing up for the little guy against these predatory debt collectors. If you find yourself in a similar situation and a monster like Portfolio recovery is harassing you and your family don t hesitate to contact these fine folks!

I received a letter from the magistrate that I was not expecting. It was the result of disputing a collections account on one of those internet credit check companies. Although I did have an account with that particular store I did not owe that money because I had paid what I owed.
