I only take herbals for all my medical problems. I'm so glad for the products and staff at the mentor Ohio location and for being open all this time with the pandemic .They are very kind and helpful we need more people like them!!!!! Keep up the outstanding work Thanks and God Bless Rose

Went to the Salisbury Maryland Store our family was just treated badly. Tried to By the case of core organic tea for $19.99. There was only 11 of each flavor so we completed the case with another flavor. They tried to say it was $24 because you can t mix and match. However every single flavor on the shelf only had 11 we took pictures of this. Cashier said that s cool multiple times when we explained this, basically told us we could not get the price. We buy proten and vitamins monthly here. Probably spend couple hundred a month easy. Since being treated so bad we will just go else where. Pretty crazy to treat loyal customers so badly. O well there loss
If some one had asked me about the Vitamin Shoppe on Richmond ave a month ago, I would have said it's the best place to buy your health products. I went to this particular Vitamin shop and bought my products as always and when I got to the counter I showed the gentleman a place that had the product cheaper. Well they would usually match the price but not this time they said they are only allowed to take a percentage off the product now. Thank God for the manufacturers coupon at that point. So I would say there is no need to go to the store if you find it cheaper on line. I am not talking about any other Vitamin Shoppe by the way only this one. I have never tried another one to say they would do the same.
WARNING: I placed an order for two identical items from store 490, Birmingham, AL . The order was paid for and set for Curbside pick up.
I was instructed to open my trunk and allow the associate to put the bag in my trunk. However, I requested to inspect the items as I wanted to verify the item caps were sealed.
The purchase was in a bag stapled together with the receipt for both items. But, there was only one item in the bag. The associate informed me that an employee removed one of the two items and sold it to another customer that morning. I was instructed to come inside the store and provide my credit card so they could issue credit for the missing item. This was noting less than condoned employee theft, as the items were both paid for.
I requested to speak with the manager who was hiding in the back of the store. The manager refused to come out. I was unwilling to give my credit card to a company that so freely took my property and I refused to take the one item they had.
I reported this to the Customer Service department and they were to issue a credit for both items and escalate the event to their corporate office. The corporate office was to reach out to me within 48 hours, but they never did.
The manager, who hid in back of Store 490, sent a email within five minutes of my call to customer service. I did not speak with him.
I requested that no one from Store 490 try to communicate with me in the future.
I must say, I must be very fortunate to have this store with these employees by me. I made a purchase of something, took it home and discovered it didn't quite look the same as the same items I had bought previously. I called the number on the back of the item and spoke to someone about my issue, I was told to return the item to the store and they have a problem with this item in this flavor often. She was nice and honest with me. Upon returning to the store of purchase I saw the same cashier that rang me up yesterday. I felt bad because she spent alot of time with me helping me, and now I must return the item. She seemed very concerned about my issue. She offered to make good on the issue so I would be happy. I appreciate her efforts very much. It was no one's fault at the store what happened to this product yet she was still willing to bend over backwards for me. Now THAT'S customer service! The store...#038. Please recognize her. Her name is Carol.
Not Corporate, the Delray store: 1st time ever the so call mgr (should have taken his name) wouldn't let me have the generic for the same price as the same item of a different brand which was not in stock. Bad business ethics. I informed Corporate of my unpleasant experience.
I was happy purchasing on auto delivery after a store manager fixed my account. But now the auto delivery system is taking money from my account for auto deliveries that don't exist. When it was supposed to be reversed, it wasn't. Their solution is to receive it then manually bring it back to their store and get a refund of 83.xx dollars. That 83 dollars was going to other bills that I was going to pay. This is unacceptable. When I chatted with them for a manager, they ended the chat session. I called corporate and they routed me back to customer care who are incompetent to handle my request. They repeatedly say the same information like a robot. I will not be doing any more business with them.
Store# 222, Darien, Illinois. Terrible customer service by Justin, the assistant store manager. Highly rude when asked to price match! He refused to price match all together even though he confirmed the competitor s price on his computer! Just lost a customer! Won t be returning and will be escalating this to the corporate office!
Received two separate emails this weekend from vitamin shoppe stating my password and pymt info had been changed and if I had not authorized these changes to call customer service. I DID NOT make or authorize any changes!! Called customer service and for half a day waiting on hold for 10 minutes or more each time I called and then again first thing this morning and no one answered!!!! I sent an email to corporate office..no response. Called corporate office this morning. Got through to someone who said..our IT Dept is working on this issue .. THEY ARE WHAT???? No notification sent out to customers???? Was vitamin shoppe site hacked??? Was our data breached??? I have deleted my payment info and changed my password but no one can say if it's too late. So much for customer service or customer concern.
