I would give zero stars if I could. Dealt with Zach for a real estate transaction, and a terrible experience overall. Looking back, there were too many sketchy things happening with this entire process. My fiance and I work in real estate and had more than enough paperwork aligned. Fortunately only signed a 3 month mortgage agreement... Now we're out. We've now used a different mortgage agent from another company - got 1/3 of the rate we were paying ($1500/Month less) and got approved for $50k more. Very disappointed and never would refer to any client of ours.

Justin Wong was incredibly informative, patient with all our questions and was very timely in responding to all our inquiries. As a first time home owner, I was very impressed by how he assisted us and it was obvious that he was very knowledgable. I have made repeated recommendations to others and have only heard positive comments about Justin s services.

Have worked with Hugo for the past little while and he has been great! Good advice and he's able to simplify things for me to fully understand. No rushing you. He really cares.

I was purchasing my second house and was told I couldn t do so with 5% down because I have an existing mortgage on my first house. TD bank (my primary bank) and 2 separate mortgage brokers both told me the same thing - Second house needs 20% down minimum.

I met Justin Wong and he was confident that I could get a second house with 5% down. This was the exact opposite of what anyone else told me so naturally I was a little skeptical. I have to say not only did Justin get me approved as he said he would but he took the time to answer and explain every single question and process that I had. After being told I couldn t buy with 5% by so many people I had tons of questions for Justin and how he was going to do it. He made himself available for me on all hours of the day and all days of the week. I truly felt taken care of and I m so appreciative of his work, in fact I ve already referred two other buyers to him and he got them approved and financed without issue either. He is professional and extremely diligent with his work. I will always use Justin and have no issue recommending him either.

Side note, another friend of mine decided to use someone else recently (different broker) and was denied. Could be due to a number of reasons, but when you want it done properly and on the first try - you have to work with Justin, truly an expert in this space.
