The Surrounding Property is Beautiful but...

during my most recent stay the hotel neglected to make my room while I was out at meetings all day.
The hotel card stopped working every night-might be time for an upgrade on the key system.
These are small details that make or break your stay.

To top it off, the pluming has issues-the shower heads excessively limit water pressure and there are hot water issues-more than likely a lack of anti-scold technology that should be expected at a property of this caliber.

Amazing food, the chef is a genius. Pleasant staff, nice facilities, extremely convenient to Villanova and the Main Line. Parking can be difficult sometimes.

Friendly staff. Perfect for a wedding, business meeting or banquet. Hotel rooms are standard. Parking can be tight during certain times of the day. Lovely study lounge and cafe.

The hotel was beautiful, definitely the kind of place I could imagine having a wedding at. The food for breakfast was excellent, the room was great, good water pressure, all the basics that makes a hotel great was there.

The only bad thing I have to say about the place is that while I was there, they hosted a Mother's Day brunch (which I'm sure was amazing) but unfortunately since I wasn't there with my mother, breakfast that morning was served in a small room that almost felt like a hallway. It was packed, 2 of the 3 tables had kids, so while the food was amazing, it wasn't nearly as quiet and relaxing as I prefer my breakfast. I should've taken food and eaten breakfast back in my room on that day.

Very delicious food and great service! The property is gorgeous. I was here for a week long conference. The WiFi needs some work, but didn't detract from the experience.

Conference rooms were well set up with good AV options. Clean dining halls and well maintained rooms. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. The room was a perfect size for our group. I would definitely recommend this for a meeting place.

Room for the event was clean! Water, a pad of paper, and writing instruments were provided. Beverages both cold and hot were available. Staff were helpful in directing me to the room. The only thing missing were snacks, but it did not detract significantly from the event, definitely a great spot for an event.

Nice clean facility with comfortable rooms and good AV options. Great breakfast and snack bar area. Very nice lunch buffet with excellent variety.

I havent had the breakfast yet, so my review could change. However, i have a very nice room with large comfy bed, love seat, and balcony sitting area, for $99. That's a great deal. Nice place
