Really nice, spacious and clean. Great location very close to two metro stations on different lines and just round the corner from my favourite Barcelona eatery Zarautz!

Great apartment in calm neighbourhood. Limited shopping guide close by but great for expos etc as it is 3 min walk to a 5 min train ride to Fire Barcelona Expo grounds.

The Urban Suites in Barcelona is the ideal place to stay for both business travellers and families. There are 16 suites to suit your accommodation needs and 4 additional apartments. The building is located in a privileged area of the neighborhood of Sants - Montjuic, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It is located 5 minutes walking-distance to the main central railway station of Sants that connects you everywhere in the city and just about anywhere in the country. Put your bags down, take off your shoes and just chill in the minimal space while making plans for your outdoor adventures in the city.

Nice apartments and parking worth. Excellent location to trains, undergroung , shopping in Arenas, seing the coloured fountain and Montjuic.

I chose this place based on its good rating by its customers. The building looks like a hostel from outside. When we arrived at the front door, I really got worried that we would have a terrible experience. I rang the bell, the receptionist opened the door. I became even more worried, because inside the building was dark and depressing. We went to the main office and were given our key to the apartment. Once in the apartment, I felt much much better because it was very well maintained and impeccably clean. They have everything that one needs: dishes, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher, laundry, WiFi, etc. Our apartment was a 1-bedroom one and fairly spacious. I found the bed very good, my wife didn't like it very much. Would I go back there again? Probably no, because we just didn't like the overall design of the building; it was too depressing to stay in during your vacation.

The rooms were large with prominent windows, very helpful & friendly staff that gave us a highlight of attractions and helpful tips. Loved my stay.

Very friendly staff and spacious and clean apartments, close to local super market and metro stop, would recommend it for a couple of nights +. General cleaning are items provided, no food (incl. Sugar, oil coffee and co).
Quiet location especially during night, would come back and recommend to friends.

Lovely apartments, very inexpensive, helpful staff, free wi-fi and a central location; what more could you ask for. The train was direct from the airport and took 20minutes to Sant Estacio station, which was 5-10 minutes walk from the apartments. The kitchen had all the amenities if you wanted to holiday cheaply and buy/cook from the local supermarket. The supermarket was located on the lower floor in Les Arenes (colosseum looking building) about a 10 minutes walk away. Les Arenes also had Tapa Tapa restaurant which did good Tapas and good Mojitos.

The Urban Suites is a hotel with efficiency apartments conveniently located near the train station, a shopping district and Montjuic, with several tourist attractions. It is well set up, with a decent sized sitting area, good kitchen, and a bathroom with a great shower. It was very clean. The area is a bit busy, so it can be a little loud at night.

The staff was fabulous. The woman in the office spoke perfect English and was really helpful, including booking us tickets for the airport bus, which is just a few blocks away.
