I recently booked a holiday with this company and overall, I found it to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate, making the booking process straightforward. However, I encountered a few hiccups along the way. Firstly, the communication from the company was lacking, as I had to chase them multiple times for updates and information. Secondly, the customer service I received was mediocre. While the employees were polite, I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me. Additionally, I was disappointed with the accommodations provided during my stay. The quality didn't match the price I paid, and some facilities were not as advertised. Despite these shortcomings, I did manage to enjoy my holiday to an extent. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication, customer service, and ensuring the promised standards are met.
