Absolutely shocking company !Finally received my toybox no instructions no screws holes Not at all as advertised I'm so disappointed thought it was wood but its MDF

Awful service, ignoring all messages from my daughter , the sleigh has marks on every panel , and one panel is faulty and will not fix to the rest , obviously this company only provides first rate service to celebrity s, and still waiting for a second item to arrive , considering it s a Christmas item , truly shocking service

Truly gorgeous toy boxes, perfectly finished with a very luxurious feel and design. Well worth the price, the toy box I bought for my son is heaps better than those you can find on the high street!

Love my toy box, lovely people and workshop in Essex. Made bespoke to exactly what I wanted and colour to match my theme. Cant wait to get a christmas sleigh

Shocking after care
The sleigh I bought had incorrectly piloted holes (by their own admission) they refuse to rectify or send replacement panel.

despite me trying my hardest not to bad review them as someone who appreciates how damaging reviews can be.

I have chased 5+ times for a response so I m left with no other choice.

If you are going to buy from these guys, buy with a credit card so that you can charge back, and thoroughly check that everything fits as soon as you get it.

Love the toy box, quality service. So happy with the end result.
