The Timbers of Cass County Reviews

I have to give a shout out to the Nurses, receptionists, especially Kayla who is Always very pleasant when calling in and transferring me to the Nurses station. And last be not least, the Cooks! Whatever they are doing it s working very well with my Brother (Vince) who s been there now slightly over a week now.
This is his second go round with them which we had other choices and I insisted Timbers is the place for him. Thank you, thank you all for your great assistance in getting him well. You re top notch!

I have first hand knowledge that this place is in disarray and I would not let my loved one stay, very disorganized and management seems to care about money factors other than the day to day dealings that matter for the residents sake. I understand the director of nursing was fired and walked off the premises from her last place of employment and it makes you wonder about the staff that is under her. Ask those questions and find out how many care givers there are per resident. Sad that it looks nice from the outside but now you know a bit about the inside. They should have people that care at the top of the chain. Best of luck if you do choose this facility. Sad

Poor management! People that don't respect or care about what they are there for just want a check. I would never put any of my family in here.

Major changes in the last year for the better. Awesome staff who care about their residents. I have worked in two other nursing facilities and The Timbers by far is the best. The Activities Department has tons of activities inside the building and outside for the residents and community to attend. In addition our Therapy Department has inpatient and Outpatient services to help your loved one get back to their normal function level before injury or surgery. I would recommend The Timbers of Cass County to all my family and friends if they needed a place for their loved ones or themselves.

Great community with great staff! Everyone was super helpful and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that doesn't know what to do next, they are a wonderful resource!
