Our contractor chose to use TCI and we could not be happier! They drilled our water well and our geothermal wells. They also plumbed our whole house. TCI does PLUMBING too! I found TCI's plumbing technicians to be knowledgeable, curious, and professional. One of the TCI plumbers even made his way over 50' in a very low 2'0" dark and dirty confined crawl space to run new water lines. The TCI technicians repaired my gas tankless water heater and installed a recirculation pump for a couple remote locations too. I now get hot water in 9 seconds at these locations and no more annoying false alarms from my gas tankless water heater. I'm not kidding. Best service experience ever. Thank you very much to those at TCI who made this happen - Ryan, Rob, and Jackie.

Had an emergency on Friday night, that required them to be here till 11pm. They where very professional. We will not use any other plumber going forward. Fantastic service!!

Tri-County irrigation and plumbing came to my house to disconnect my house from a community well and install a private well for only my home. I chose this company because of the reviews I found here on Google and the first impression I received when I called for the first time and now I know why because now I'm here leaving my good review. They got the entire job done in 2 days. They did not go over the quote they gave us. They were very courteous, very clean and very pleasant to be around. There was a total of 5 guys over the two days that did work on my property. All 5 of them worked very well together and treated each other very well. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing work done, whether that be a private well and irrigation system or whatever your plumbing needs maybe. Highly recommended. They installed our system at our new house in 2012 - all work was done professionally from their initial quote to the final install. They service our system annually and are always friendly and on time. All companies should service their customers with the same quality of workmanship as TCI - from the office staff to the field personnel - extremely customer service oriented.

The Tri County crew was very efficient, courteous and experienced. They did an excellent job of educating us in the operation of the irrigation system, and continue to keep us informed. Hired Tri-County for my irrigation system in spring of 2013. I called and interviewed several irrigation companies, called and spoke to many references. In the end, Tri-County looked the best on paper so I went with them. My experience has only reinforced my satisfaction with that decision and I'm very appreciative of their efforts. They went out of the way on several visits to make sure I was comfortable using the system and helped me understand how everything worked so I could take as much operating responsibility as I was comfortable with. I wholeheartedly recommend Tri-County to anyone considering any services they offer as I believe they are one of those rare finds out there that you can't go wrong with!

I have used TCI on multiple occasions, and would happily recommend them to anyone. On multiple recent occasions, we have had emergencies pop up and they have really saved our collective bacon. I noticed my sump was dead during a period of EXTREMELY heavy rain. They dispatched a plumber quickly and had my sump swapped out in no time. Rob replaced the sump, and then went above and beyond to help clear the backed up water out of window wells. He was digging out my discharge line in the middle of a big soupy mess and fashioned a window well pump out of some PVC pipe, a sump pump, and some zip ties. MacGyver would have been proud.

After that, we had a fence getting installed and the contractor wasn't super communicative. JULIE showed up to mark my property on a Friday morning, so TCI came quickly to mark the irrigation system.

These folks are super responsive and I love working with them!

Excellent pricing and service from initial quote thru final installation. Crew came out to help teach me about the system and do the winter shut down. All great guys. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

TCI owner Mike moved his secluded around to make time to go to my dads house and fix his pipe. They worked all day fixing his broken sewer pipe in there front yard. Dad called 3 other places and everyone else told him it would be a week or longer before they could even come out to look at it. They did a great job. Would tell anyone to call them first.
