Great info. The cigar room and the Pirates were our favorite. The animations were pretty irritating but probably good for kids. Minus one star because the war related info was not chronological and it was very difficult to make sense when it went from 1942 to 1870 and back etc.

Very informative. I learned a lot about Florida History. Loved the electronic historical maps. Wow! We did chat with a guide for a bit, and gave him a recommendation to letter or number descriptions to match up on some of the displays to get a fuller 'view' of what happened. An awesome way to spend an afternoon.

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Sanitizers every where. Not crowded. Exhibits were so well done and interesting. And after we went down to the Columbia?Cafe and had a great lunch.

A great museum, I went about a year ago and they have a 4th floor for rotating exhibits which is cool. 4 floors, a Columbia Cafe and the cutest gift shop. Spent about an hour and thirty minutes.

Great place to experience Florida and Tampa's history. The pirate exhibit is always a hit with my ten year old. They currently have a small but welldone exhibit with fossils from what would have been Florida. Ten year old loved this, as homeschoolers we recently studied the creatures that used to live here. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Definitely an interesting place to visit. The displays have a lot of multimedia information and definitely worth spending some time here. They do require a "reservation". When I was there, I did that the day before and had no problem with it. It did not seem like it was terribly busy at the time of my visit.
