Was very excited to try out this place, so we Decided to have our anniversary brunch there!
10/10: Great location, free valet, great ambiance, beautiful place with greens and koi fish pond! Decent service.
However the food was below average (4/10) for the price we paid. Seafood section was disappointing, as the crabs were sad, tasted frozen and not fresh at all. Oysters & shrimp were fresh though, but not wild caught. Carb cakes had a lot of meat but very dry. Dessert was ok. Carrot cake was horrible. The only thing that I liked was the Frose , flan , key lime pie. Other than that it was nothing interesting to be repeatable. Unfortunately, would not return. It was not worth it. :/

This review is just for the Valentines buffet dinner, so disappointing!
We had a reservation at 6:00, were seated at 6:35.
So much of the food that was suppose to be available, was not filled when my husband and I went to get our food. Twice, there were no tomatoes, no mashed potatoes, no ribs.
The salmon was dry and cold. The vegetables were terribly cold and unappetizing.
When it was time for dessert, there was no one there to scoop the ice cream. Another guest and I waited for about 7-9 min, finally a worker that was carrying a refill of salad came to scoop our ice cream.
The bill came, and we were shocked at the $250.00 check. Fortunately, for those that drink, Sunday House offered complimentary wine and champagne, unfortunately, we don t drink. 20% gratuity was included in the $250.00, but we were taxed on this tip.
We have lived in the area since 2003, heard so many wonderful things about Sunday House, this being our first time, sadly due to food quality and cost, we will not be returning.

I got to tour this gorgeous Sunday House, a historic garden inn and restaurant. The cottages looked cute and tuck away admits the scrubs and green jungle feel surrounding. Beautiful decors everywhere, so much to see, so soothing to walk around. A very romantic place to take your partner. Although I noticed the water of the pond was a bit too algae green. I wish there were some Koi in the pond. Was that really a pond or once a pool? I noticed there wasn't any swimming pool. I would consider staying here. Look at the photos and you would be convinced to visit. Location is great but a good healthy walk to restaurants nearby on Atlantic Ave.

Brunch was expensive (as expected) but you definitely don t get what you pay for. The waitress taking care of us barely came by to check on us or offer extra drinks. Seeing as to it is bottomless beverages, you would think they would be more considerate in visiting your table. Instead, they avoided eye contact. The food was great, but what is the point of a 20% mandatory tip if your not even being served? Also being rushed out isn t a great feeling when trying to enjoy your stay. With that being said it s a beautiful place with great food. However it is over priced and the service is poor.

I used to love this restaurant and originally rated it as five stars. It was my favorite brunch spot and I used to frequent it. Today, I came here with my wife, mother in-law, and daughter. The atmosphere was still lovely, but the food and selections went down and were average rather than exquisite. The service was horrendous, plates were not picked up and drinks were not refilled. The drinks were watered down, and even the bathroom walls had holes in them and the paint was bubbling on the wall. To add insult to injury they added a 20% mandatory gratuity charge to the check which left zero motivation to meet or exceed customer expectations. This has nothing to do with the pandemic and everything to do with maintenance of pricing, significant reduction of food and drink quality, and unacceptable service for a higher-end establishment. Very disappointed and will not be back.

For Easter Reservations I Went online for information on Sunday brunch, there is only one area that specifies any info on brunch all together. It specifically says $75 per adult and 6-12 years old it is $35. After I told the whole family it was $75 per person and agreeing with price I made reservations. After eating, check came at $100 per person, $50 per child. I had one 6 year old, one 11 and 2 12 year olds. Server argued with my husband that 12 year old kids pay $100 full price, and after getting the manager she still argued with me, and I had to go back to the website to show that kids 12 and under are half price. Finally she changed it on the check, besides that I argued that no where on the website does it say $100 per person. This other server showed me a cancellation policy that showed for no show it s $100, that I should have know that if a cancellation fee was $100 that the brunch was $100. Long story short, I had been there many times for many special days and will never return. They were deceitful and rude making us feel like we were being cheap when the restaurant was clearly not stating actual prices for special events. Very disappointing

Had dinner there this evening with a very beautiful woman.
When I arrived, the valet was perfect. He was polite and I felt very comfortable giving him my car. A good start. When I walked in we were greeted by the hostess. A better welcome does not exist. This young woman treated us as if we owned the place. We got to our table and the waiter followed suit... he was perfect. ( HE DESERVED AN AMPLE GRATUITY)
They accommodated my dates special requests to make changes to her appetizer and main course.
I haven't been to the Sundy House in 10 years because I moved out of the area but for sure we will be back.

I've lived in Delray for many years. Sundy House has always been a very special part of our community. Due to some ownership changes...they've seen some challenges. However...Chelsea and Wayne...their current management team...are doing a fantastic job!! I recently stayed on property for 2 weeks. The food/menu was amazing and their overall customer service was exceptional!! Thank you for all your hard work guys!!!
