Casey has been my go-to from day one and I can t say enough good things about her! She is professional and kind hearted to say the very least! I believe that this company is a fraud. Becky Valencia gathered all of my personal information, including from my references. Once collected, she told me that everything checked out and that she would follow up when the interview date was set. She never called back and did not respond to any of my phone calls. If this IS a legit company, I think that that was totally unprofessional.

I have worked for The Stepping Stones Group for almost a year now and I love it! In the past I had only worked for small agencies, so I was a bit unsure how it would go working for a larger company, but they have been amazing! My recruiter, or main contact person, Maribel is the sweetest lady and makes me feel genuinely cared about within the company. She made the onboarding process very smooth, and she is always there to answer my calls or return my messages when I have any concerns. The company does a wonderful job of making their employees feel appreciated and supported! I highly recommend working for this company!
This is my first time working with The Stepping Stones Group. Jackie and her team have gone above and beyond listening to my story and helping me find a special education teaching based on my preference. The lines of communication have been always open, via email and phone with herself and the rest of the company. I've gotten practice with interviews, connected with different districts and finally have landed my dream position!! I also like how the company has clinical managers to help you prepare for your interview beforehand, but I can stay in touch with them during my assignment. This helped a lot. You really feel like you're a part of the family with The Stepping Stones Group!
Abysmal, stay away it s family run by terrible individuals. Lyndsey Joseph is one of the worst unethical people I have ever met. Their slogan should be, if you want good service and a good career. Stay away from here.
