Visited the Game Bird restaurant this evening. Food amazing and setting wonderful. A very special occasion which was spectacularly ruined by staff in the cocktail bar. Rude and dismissive would never return!!
Would highly recommend. Went to celebrate results, and staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make it a special occasion. Mentioned to waiters we were celebrating, and they brought a complementary cake with a congratulations message, without us even asking. Made it a very special experience. Food was also breath-taking.
The courtyard setting of the American Bar at The Stafford is a very special place. The bar staff are friendly and efficient. An excellent venue for lunch in a sunny day.
Cocktail bartenders put on a show although in the end results were poor. The decor is cheap and shabby reminding me of an East End pub back in the 70's My wifes wine they couldn't mess up BUT my Old Fashioned was one of the worst that I have ever tasted. Just a glass of whisky with a cherry on top TWO MASSIVE ICE CUBES that may have sunk the Titanic No hint of burnt orange. Made by amateurs or so it seemed. So a change of tack I ordered a Amaretto Sour with the same result
Poorly made two huge ice cubes little content. Waiting staff are pleasant but we will not be returning.

One of my favourite hotels in London. Wonderful courtyard outside and inside feels like a step back in time. Beautiful decor and excellent staff. The highlight is the incredible Wine Cellars. Atmospheric and steeped in London history.
My husband and I visited The Stafford for the night over my birthday weekend. We had a fabulous time. The hotel was immaculate. All staff encounters were spot on, everyone was so helpful.
We stayed in junior suite in the carriage houses, the room was beautiful. Equipped with everything we could ever need.
It was a much needed break in this unsettling time. The Stafford made me feel safe and comfortable and I cannot wait time return.
