A guy name Brian Cain contact me regarding an opportunity for his organization. He seem like a great guy but after getting to know him he comes off as a condescending and arrogant person who doesn't care about his client. He brags about the Toronto office being on Bay St and only VP can go to that location. For someone like myself I just want an opportunity to grow within a sales organization but he definitely made it impossible for me to conduct business with him. Fyi theres other reviews that talk about his behaviour and treatment of his clients.

I've been contacted by TSE a few times. I respond but then never hear back from them. I think they just mass email people but have no intent on following up. Chris Leonard was the last one to do this!

I applied to this company as a full cycle recruite...

I applied to this company as a full cycle recruiter, in a virtual capacity. They were so organized and prepared, and provided so much detail and information about their company. I went through their training program, and was a recruiter with them for a short timebefore having to relocate due to Covid-19. This is a good company to work for if you are able to work hard. Their practices and processes are spot in how they determine their end results. Their sharing of ownership is great.
A great company to work with, andI hope toreturn to them once things go back to normal, next year!
Thanks TSE!

I had a gentleman call me, Brian Cain, a rep from ...

I had a gentleman call me, Brian Cain, a rep from the staffing exchange in Victoria BC, he said there were several positions he had on file and with my experience, my resume and assessment on file, he'd make arrangement to put together a couple of packages from interested clients. I put a couple of the opportunities I had on the table, on hold. He asked for 24 hours to put these together, not a word after 48 hours. I emailed Brian, he replied 1 full day later with an apology, saying I was out of the office. I said no problem, but I've got things on hold on my end, how much more time do you require? His reply was, I'm calling the woman with 3 shops, who asked about me in the 1st place, right now! I have have heard nothing from him in over a week.

I have moved forward with my search of the right shop management position that fits my needs, and let him know how disappointing his sudden disappearance was and how unprofessional it is to keep career minded people waiting without a word, and he approached me, I had never asked him for assistance. If this is how the staffing exchange operates in general, I'd look elsewhere. Of course it may not represent all agents of this company, but keep your options open.

I was recruited for a new job John and Melissa.

I was recruited for a new job John and Melissa.
Both were professional and helpful. They got me a job closer to home and for a little more money. Who knew that you could get a better job during a pandemic?
Thanks to both of them. I will refer my friends to them.
