beautiful and luxurious hotels, spacious and spotlessly clean, abundant and very helpful. Dormer served at the VINE very well for being buffet style but some evenings too cold (air conditioning too high). Excellent restorante OPAL although once we really too waited for the main course. Fabulous pool and very nice beach. Beautiful gym. The only flaw that at dinner time there was a lot of smell of cooking and food in the lobby, not really 5-star. Overall, however, we were very well to say the least !!!!

One of the best in Doha, having many facilities and outlets.
Its location is nice and calm, next to Katara cultural village, it has a beach, spa, ballrooms, ATM, hairdressers, souvenir shop, restaurants,bar,....
It might not be affordable for all, but its worth a visit once in a while.

We decided to go for a staycation at St. Regis for our second anniversary. The hotel wasn t crowded at all (due to Covid) so it felt like we had to whole place to ourselves.

Our room was also very nice, we had to pay extra 100 qr for a sea facing room though. One thing that stood out from everything else was how welcoming the staff was and how they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We received two surprise gestures from the staff and it was just so sweet!

The Front Desk staff (Alexa, Franco and Muhammad) sent us a cute cake along with a lovely handwritten note wishing. And the Butlers on our floor (Khawla, Roshan and John) sent us this beautiful decoration piece with fresh roses and with our names printed separately (see image attached) along with a fresh fruit basket. It was so lovely!!

We had breakfast at Vine restaurant the next day and we were personally served with wonderful service. From our seating, to making Karak specially for us and serving us a special treat of desi breakfast along with the buffet (Daal and Butter naan which were so good!!), the whole experience was such a treat. We would specially like to thank Aina, Hamdi and Arvind for making it a lovely experience.

Overall, it was a good getaway. Would definitely visit again inshallah.

We booked the imperial suite at the St. Regis for 2 nights and were expecting some 5 star service however the hotel miserably failed in catering for our needs and the basic needs of any guest.
First of all the furniture in the suite is old and dirty. The sofas are stained, the floor is cracked and the TV is OLD! VERY OLD, and slow with no Internet access.
Second my daughter had a minor cute on her eyebrow during our stay and there were no 1st aid kits available in the room. When we asked the concierge, we were given 1 band aid and 1 tiny betadine gauze.
Also there was no panadol at the hotel and we were advised to send a taxi to buy panadol.
Adding to this, the need to pay for everything on the spot as nothing can be charged on the room (again with no logical explanation why). So imagine ordering drinks when you are at the pool and having to go up and get ur wallet and pay every single time.
Last but not least, the mini bar was empty (apparently due to COVIID) so when we ordered 2 soft drinks at 11 pm we had the staff knocking at our door twice to get the money, claiming taht the machine was not working and that they needed cash. We did not have change so they left and again they called us at 11 pm to request the pending 50 rials that could not wait for the morning.
To cut a long story short, we were treated like thieves trying to run away with 50 rials. Staff were friendly and tried to resolve the issues but I do believe the hotel's problem is much bigger tahn taht. Policy changes, refurbishment and leadership presence are to be considered and revisited if teh hotel is intending to improve.

Their high tea is one of the best in Doha for me, they have TWG tea selections. I prefer western high tea set.
For the Christmas season they have the very best tree at the lobby.
And I am super impressed about the high quality and technique of hair salonist in St. Regis, they never never get me depressed!!!
I love the steak house as well....

The best place for a weekend escape, romantic night or just relaxation. The brunch has a live band, the buffet is yummy, swimming pools are super clean with free cold water at any time, rooms are fancy, staff are so friendly, there is a kids club in the weekend by the pool, the lobby interior has breathtaking floral decorations, excellent spa services and ATM, in addition to gordon Ramsay restaurant. So far one of the most luxurious places I've visited in Doha.

Excellent structure, suitable for a few days, not recommended for long sea holidays. The sharing with tourists looking for beach holidays is incompatible, with the majority of clients staying at the St Regis for business, work, or private parties. of the beach, bordered by barriers, which you cannot pass.

This is actually a 3.8 outta 5 stars. I m rounding up. The brunch is a great spot in Doha to enjoy the finer weather. The music is probably too loud and the food is just okay. But I mean, it s brunch. You get a lot of food and a lot of alcohol. The views are great. The clientele is average looking, at best.

Best hotel in Doha comparing with others hotels I have been in. The personal working in the hotel are simply amazing. Breakfast is a dream and rooms really confortable and has all the equipment you need. The swimming pool, the restaurants, the beach everything is the best. Love it. Great experience.

Luxury hotel. Stayed there over 5 months. All employees are very courteous. They will make you feel like a king. Gabriel, Hamdi, Khawla, Patrick, Samir, Ala eddin, and a few others were very special to me. I would love to go back again.

We took our friend here for brunch and made a deal with Omar for 20% off because we had 20 people. When it came time to pay, they didn t want to give us any discount. He tried to say it was for rooms..... but I gladly told him we live in Qatar and could have come to any brunch and got a discount. We argued for 40 minutes till they finally decided to give us 15% but then said it was only for food. So now we re here arguing. If you get a deal get it in writing cuz they won t honor it. There s plenty of better brunches in Doha for less and who will honor your discount.
