Our first stay here. Service was impeccable. From the way we were greeted when we arrived to the turn down service to the way we were wished a safe journey when we left - flawless. Our room was also really beautiful; no details were overlooked. I also must mention the meal we had at Il Palio. It was honestly fantastic, and again the service was of the highest quality. My wife and I will certainly return. Wonderful.

Great hotel. Knocking one star because the shower barely had warm water. It was rather chilly and it has weak water pressure with only one of those little handheld sprayers. Other than that, great property.

The Siena Hotel located in Chapel Hill North Carolina is a beautiful well-appointed Boutique Hotel perfect for any established well-heeled Traveler. I would recommend the hotel to anyone coming to the university or to Chapel Hill or the Duke in Durham area on business. The staff is both professional and personal at the same time knowing against name and the top levels of service. Enough good things cannot be said about the Siena Hotel

This was a wonderful hotel, we enjoyed our stay immensely. From the moment the door man/Bellman Zach opened the door and brought us up to our room till the time we checked out everyone was delightful and professional. Our room was large and unusually furnished in a whimsically elegant style. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. Dinner in the restaurant was so surprisingly delicious and compared to any fine NY restaurant. Kudos to all the employees and especially the manager who runs a well oiled machine. Eileen

One of my favorite hotels in the world! We moved back home to chapel hill so we don't get to stay as often. But when we did the service and staff are amazing. We rescue dogs and can bring them with us to stay. The chef creates gourmet organic dog treats for each pup, adds their name to their own package and leaves it on the bed for their arrival. As we came down the elevator ( to do their morning business) the whole staff at counter and door called out good morning to the dogs by their names!!! And that's the service the dogs get... they ramp it up even higher for my wife and I! We'd never stay anywhere else In this area. I've traveled the world for business and pleasure and highly recommend the Seina for someone wAnting world class service with a home away from home feeling!

Nice hotel, once the the construction is finished it will be top rated! We had to fix our own coffee maker, they tried with no success, but they were very professional. We had to request a second bath robe. We would stay there again for sure. The room decor was very nice, love the seating area! We had a great view of the Truckee River. The window even opens a little bit so that you can hear the roar of the river.

Beautiful Hotel!!! My husband and I have stayed there many many times. It is 25 mins from Downtown Raleigh, but really worth the drive! The staff are wonderful, they are always so helpful and kind. We really LOVE this place! The restaurant inside (El Palio) has some of the best food we have ever allowed to grace our tongue. This place is terrific.

Fantastic setup for a conference. Meeting area was accessible and the AV setup and internet worked without a hitch. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was fantastic. The staff is very attentive and catered to my group's needs. They made this conference experience very enjoyable.

I didn't stay as a guest at the Siena, but had an all day professional meeting. The room's accommodations were excellent. Spacious, airy room. Very welcoming. The lunch choices were varied. My choice was delicious. The staff were very helpful, friendly and gracious. We will probably meet there again in three years.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've been to! The staff was one of the friendliest and courteous ever! I totally recommend a stay. I didn't experience the restaurant or bar in the hotel but it looked amazing! The rooms were spacious and the decor was awesome. They provide a free shuttle service to anywhere in Chapel Hill. The staff will ask if you need help with your bags and will get ice for you if you need it! Biscottis, fruit, coffee and lemonade is free in lobby as well.

My wife and I stayed at the Sienna Hotel a few months ago for date night and it was absolutely phenomenal! The extras were great and the staff and service were even better!! We both had in room massages that were unbelievable. We also enjoyed the complimentary beverages, nachos, breakfast, and gift cards!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hotel in the Chapel Hill, Durham, or RTP area.

Excellent service. Although they do not have an airport shuttle, they do have a complimentary shuttle that will take you to and pick you up from nearby restaurants and places of note, e.g. UNC.

This is an excellent hotel and perhaps the best in the triangle area. Located on Franklin street, is convenient to all of chapel hill. Service is top notch, staff are incredibly friendly, and even remember you between visits. I recommend them to all guests, business or leisure!

Best hotel in the Triangle because of the staff. Stayed here every week for 3+ months and by my second visit everyone knew my name and preferences (floor, room, breakfast). Gym is a little on the small side, but the hotel has less 80 rooms so not surprising. Great benefits for Marriott Platinum/Titanium status. My wife raves about the smoked salmon eggs Benedict breakfast. Thanks to the team at the Sienna for the many great stays.

Beautiful rooms especially in comparison to the other four-star hotel in the area. Complimentary shuttle service to wherever you wanted and back to the hotel was amazing! The bar was reasonably priced with friendly bartenders and a nice t.v. The room was absolutely wonderful! Huge with a huge bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely love this hotel! The room we had was huge, great furniture and a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was also fantastic with a great shower. All of the staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful, couldn't have asked for a nicer place for a getaway. I am going to leave a separate review but if you haven't eaten at their restaurant, Il Palio, you need to. It is out of this world good!

I was having the worst day ever. I was traveling from Maryland to Georgia by car and my car broke down. I was totally distraught. I was traveling alone and just was having a hard time. I was crying, tired, and frustrated. To make it worst, it was late Sunday afternoon. I would not be able to get my car fixed until Monday. The Siena Hotel was directly cross the street from where my car was towed. With some help I was able to book a room for the night. At check-in, I was still in tears. The gentleman helping me was so nice, which made me cry harder. The state of country has made me weary of people. But the representatives at the hotel was understanding, helpful, and caring. They provided me with the comfort I needed and made me feel better. Although, I only stayed one night. My car was not fixable and of course I am still crying, I was offered hugs and words of encouragement. The Siena Hotel showed up for me and I will never forget. Thank you so much. I will be back. The "Cherry" on top, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the food, OMG AWESOME!!!!

Absolutely amazing stay at Sienna, they were extremely welcoming and accommodating even in the Corona pandemic. The room made us feel like we were in Italy. Very luxurious. Definitely coming back again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. They even gave me a room upgrade that I didn t ask for. Nice and roomy shower and fantastic bed. I only wish it had a microwave, but that s nitpicking. I highly recommend!!

The reception staff (Kristin, Ivey and the bell men) made my day. We were travelling with our cats and Kristin made it so easy to check-in. In fact all of the staff were as helpful as could be. The room was great and perfectly suited for our needs. Thanks to all of you.

During our recent hurricane Dorian evacuation, our family of six had the pleasure of staying at The Siena Hotel. The hotel staff is truly fantastic - 5-star caliber!! They went the extra mile welcoming our three young children with toys, cookies and milk, breakfast vouchers, and mostly just warm hospitality. Thank you for being our home away from home while we weathered the storm!! A special shoutout and hug to one of our favorites - Kelly at the front desk! Thank you for everything!!

The food was absolutely amazing at my company party. If you have never ate at The Siena Hotel in Chapel Hill you should make it a point to try it. The place is so beautiful to walk into. The atmosphere is warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. Did I mention the food was amazing. I ate every bite.
