Sent a shipment to my stay at home father after fixing a computer. They told me the shipment was refused and called me. After checking with my father I found no notice was left and no attempt was made at delivery at the address. They offered to resend the package if I repay them the entirety of the shipping amount. From my point of view as the customer they basically wanted me to repay them twice for an error on their side and that there was nothing they would do either to refund or resend. They said I should contact UPS, but I came to their store as a customer. But never again.

Just picked up the undelivered package. Found it beaten up pretty badly. I found that there was no packing material other what you see in the picture below. A plastic bag. It wasn't even packed with any sort of care or consideration of the item. I have used other UPS stores in town and have had fantastic service and superlative packing. When anyone asks, I will tell them to avoid this particular store on Riverside Dr. if they care even the slightest about what is being sent.

I like this UPS store! The staff is always friendly and make time to accept my drop offs even when extremely busy. I buy and return a ton of stuff online so I come here a lot.. never had an issue. Thank you to everyone that works here!

Not AMAZON return friendly!!!! I ve never left a UPS store feeling robbed and cheated. The poor cashier was new so not her fault but when she asked for help from her manager she was just told her what to do (aka charge) without explaining to her or me what was happening. I would happily drive 20 miles in another direction not to have to return to this store!!!!!

I needed to return an item to Amazon. In all previous cases I ve walked in, handed the employee the item, they scan the barcode on my phone, they say thanks, I say thanks, we both go out ways.

Today s experience went like this:

I entered the store and handed the employee, Jacob, the item.
He looks at my barcode and says he can t scan that. He says that I ll need to print it. I have requested the UPS code in seemingly the exact same way I have every time in the past.

I don t have a printer, so I spend a couple of minutes looking for any other bar code but I can t find one.

Jacob and the 3 other employees that I can see are essentially just watching me.

I say so there s nothing you can do? I have to print this?

Jacob then tells me that I can print it from the computer that s in the common area, but the computer is being used right now. Fine.

I wait a couple of minutes but I notice immediately that the woman that s currently using the computer is posted up. Seems like she s brought her entire life s belongings with her inside the shop. What really gets me frustrated though is that the woman is _literally scrolling through google photos of horses_. I don t have time for this.

Jacob has wandered into the back of the shop to avoid contact with me so I ask another employee - can I email this to you so that you can print it? . He mentions something about having computer/it trouble before going into the back to ask _if the business has an email address_. Turns out they do! Great. I email them the label.

Jacob returns from the back whistling, and begins taping up the package. He says nothing to me so I m just standing there at this point. He walks over to the printer. He pulls out what I m assuming must be the label. He begins folding it. No eye contact or acknowledgement.

I say alright so are y all all good, do I owe you anything?

He goes yes, you owe us a whopping $3.95 for the printing fee.

He literally said whopping . There was zero communication to me that there would be a printing fee. Therewas zero communication to me that to print a single page would cost more than a coffee. It was egregious.

And after he drops this bomb, he continues to whistle and tape up my package, holding me and my time hostage.

I wasn t rude to these individuals. I had a problem, and that problem was an inconvenience to them, and they were unwilling to help me in any shape or form. It felt like I was being punished for needing what I d consider baseline service for a shipping store.

I put $5 on the counter and walked out. I ve never had such atrocious customer service in my life.

Sad I had to go to a whole different UPS store because the lady didn't want to notarized my paperwork.. saying i should go to a private notary.. no just a different UPS store apparently.. had no problem over there..

Jessica and other employees at this store were extremely helpful with two difficult print jobs, a tractor manual and a copy of a survey. We are very pleased and will use them in the future as needed. Highly recommend this place-speedy turn around time too

Only limited experience there, went to post a Christmas return. 1st time I received the package back (something wrong with the label apparently) second time went through OK. Suspect the issue was UPS processing further up the chain- still a nuisance.
Staff at this site were helpful and confirmed labels were OK the 2nd time.
Parking and access easy

Terrible service! Alfredo attitude is deplorable. They refuse to give out UPS ENVELOPES of all things. I have to ship approximately 12 document packages a week, and obviously my employer pays UPS for that service, yet this place refuses to provide me with the very envelopes that they require. I was told that I need to bring my documents in and prepare the package on site to get an envelope.
Ridiculous.
