I had the best birthday celebrations at the Shrub & Shutter - amazing food and wine, beautiful interior, great vibe, delicious cocktails. The staff were super attentive but also relaxed. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The tastiness of the cocktails is only exceeded by the funniness of their names. Not too much room for drinks, but has a nice, warm bustle about it.

Really good cocktail place with inventive menu. They don't let you in unless there is a table free, which makes the place not rammed on the weekend.

Whoever the new guy is behind the bar is rude. I came just after 9PM and he saw me at the door and didn't say anything but shaked his head "no" until I walked over to him and he said there isn't space. I pointed to an empty table and he said it's past last orders. It was not past last orders. I used to be a regular at this bar long before whoever this new guy was here. Horrible attitude. Not going back.

The coolest cocktail bar in Brixton - amazing drinks

Not sure where to start, so let s start with the cocktails: good and creative range...but small and overpriced. Which is apparently the policy in this establishment.

I have been to many restaurants including Michelin star and never I had paid that for this little amount of potatoes.

Absolutely worthy the journey! The cocktails here are creative and expertly put together. It does get crowded though so make sure to make a booking!

The seasonal menu means you always have something new to try, the food has been delicious every time paired with exceptional cocktails. The icing on the cake is the great service!

Gorgeous little neighbourhood cocktail bar with a changing menu of well crafted drinks. Saved my Saturday night in lockdown with cleverly packaged take-away cocktails. Warm and welcoming sit-in service. A nice place to be.
