AVOID! Unprofessional and non-responsive to general inquiries. This company hires independent contractors as mystery shopping consultants. Their representatives indicate that there are spelling/grammatical errors on your report; however, they are unwilling to provide you with specific feedback when asked on multiple occasions. There are better choices -- try Shapard Research, Bare International, Confero, Inc. or any other ethical company that maintains higher standards in their code of conduct and business activities.

My experiences through Shoppers, Inc. have been positive ones. I've been doing mystery shops and audits for Shoppers, Inc. for 12 years now. Account Reps get back with me pretty promptly if I have a question about my shop(s), the office staff is friendly and patient when I need help or have a question, and they pay promptly, too (2 to 6 weeks). I would recommend this company if you're interested in mystery shopping. I have done shops for other companies, too, and Shoppers, Inc. is one of the easiest/most flexible to work with.
They do not offer a lot of shops in my area of Northern Florida/Southern Georgia, but have done three assignments and was paid on time. They have been friendly, helpful and quick to respond to requests. Their guidelines(instructions) are easy to understand and follow. I wish they would get more jobs in my area of the country. Will work with them again.
I applied to be a mystery shopper. I got t text saying I was approved. The text came from Shoppers Inc. The kit I received contained vague information from Shoppers Inc. It contained a check and a letter that appeared to be vague.The check was no good.

I have done jobs for Shoppers, Inc. for three years. I have never had an issue with them on a job. Jobs are quick and easy to understand. Any time I have a question or need help my messages are answered promptly and professionally. Payment is also always sent promptly. Great company to work for and great people to work with.
This is a scam trying to put worms into your emails to get to your personal info via A.I. DONT FALL FOR THIS!! I had to notify my bank to be on the lookout for anything from this company and PLZ DONT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO!!!
LEGIT! Out of all the Mystery Shop companies - Shoppers Inc. Is the most responsive, they pay on time and the schedulers are great! You won't get rich, but it pays decently for the work you do! I highly recommend Shoppers! Caveat - Do read assignments THOROUGHLY or you could get in over your head - like with a 2000 item Price Check!
