Rooms clean and comfortable enough. Make sure you wear thermals when walking through lobbies and eating in restaurant. Absolutely freezing. Colleague downloaded thermometer app. It read 0 degrees.

Great hotel, really comfy room. Slept like a log on a nice bed. Heating was lovely, was minus 3 outside. Breakfast spot on!

Dated decor but great quality. Bathroom was modern and had bath with shower above.

Excellent food, by far best food I had in all UK in the last 2 years I worked there. Hotel is not the best, but the restaurant exceeds expectations so this why the 5 star rating.

Not fancy, but fine. Good, caring people who look after you well. Some of the young wait staff in the restaurant might need a little more training, but it will come. I like this place.
