If you're looking for quality, professionalism and knowledge when selecting window treatments, Sheer Shop is all that and more! From someone who had little knowledge about window treatments, Sira was so knowledgeable and really took her time to explain all of our options. Also, talk about customer service- they are so flexible with appointments and really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is accommodated. We are so happy with how everything turned out - I'd highly recommend Sheer Shop ( and Sira!) to anyone in the market!

My husband and I went into Sheer Shop for the first time looking for window treatments for our new door wall, side lights and living room windows. Linda was amazing to work with! She helped explain the different treatments, how they worked, what would not work with our dog and small children. She was super nice and helpful. She ran multiple quotes for us with no hesitation. Linda came out the following week to take measurements and our window treatments actually came in a week ahead of schedule! Installation was super quick and easy, the guys were here maybe 20 min. Everything looks amazing, highly highly recommend Sheer Shop and we will def be going back for any further treatments that we may need!!!

When I moved into my new condo they did a lot of custom window treatments for me & I was very satisfied. 1 1/2 years later I wanted to finish two very small windows about 32 inches wide. Called the gal I was working with (Sira) to set up an appointment. Left a message & she did get back to me saying she was going to be out of town & would get back to me....she never called back. They do good work but it seems only if you have a lot of of work to be done.

We could not be more pleased in dealing with the Sheer Shop. The selection was great. Sira was our salesperson/decorator who managed to make our purchase not only successful but also a lot of fun. Our installer (Mike) was extremely competent and accommodating.
Would request both of them again.

She listened to us, answered all of our questions and provided helpful suggestions for blind colors, brands, etc. She was flexible when scheduling appointments with us. This was our first experience with The Sheer Shop and couldn t be happier with the results. Designer, Sira, spent a lot of time in our home with us to guide us through fabric selection and designing window treatments that beautifully reflected our desired look.
Her ability to illustrate the looks we wanted, via pencil sketches, made it very easy to imagine how it would look in our room. The work was completed within the timeline quoted us, and the quality of the drapes and installation is top shelf. I m sure we ll be back to fill future curtain and/or blind requirements.

We had a wonderful experience with The Sheer Shop. We walked in and met Linda and she was amazing. She got a feel for the style of blinds and shades we might be interested in and showed us many options in their showroom. Next we setup an appointment for Linda to come to our home and bring samples, colors and give us her opinion on certain window we weren't positive what would be best. She was never pushy at all and above all was honest. I don't have any before pictures but we were stunned when the new shades were installed. AMAZING transformation. I will definitely recommend anyone we know to visit them when they inquire about our new shades. My husband and I have already talked about what we want next for window treatments and will be going back to them. And anyone reading this, go ask for Linda (or anyone, I'm sure they are all wonderful) you won't be disappointed. Oh, and as a side bonus, their installers they use were amazing and professional. No strange contractors that you don't feel comfortable with. They call ahead of time, show up when they tell you and they treat your home like you would expect.

I am totally pleased with the service that The Sheer Shop provided. When we emailed Linda with questions, even after store hours, she responded right away. I would definitely buy my nest set of window treatments there.

Don't use them if you need blinds in a reasonable time frame. The first day we visited the shop was on May 23rd. We were told we would get a phone call to schedule a day for someone to come out and take final measurements. Never got the phone call, but gave the designer the benefit of the doubt cause we did get there late in the evening close to closing (which she made sure to remind me of when I talked to her next). I ended up calling and couldn't get in until another week or so to meet with the designer AGAIN to go over the same thing we really should have gone over the first time I was there. Not sure if she didn't take me seriously the first time or what, but this time I actually got an estimate and paid for my selections. This was June 9th. Since then I've had her come out to take measurements. Then she had another guy come and take measurements again, and now it's been a matter of waiting for the blinds to come in. I got a phone call last Thursday (after calling on Wednesday for an update) that my blinds were there, but I can't get an installer to come out until the 25th. I understand it takes a few weeks for custom blinds to come in, but all of this mess has been going on for two months now, and it's not fun having paper on your windows waiting for blinds to finally be installed. Blinds are an essential part of a home for privacy reasons. I personally think that if you're running a business that consists of items that a home owner may need in a timely manner that you should probably hire more people to get things done quicker.

Great experience! From the beginning of picking out the blinds we wanted, all the way to installation. Every individual who assisted us in the store and at home was so helpful and professional! We are very pleased and would recommend The Sheer Shop to any of our family or friends.
