The Shannon Rose Restaurant Review

Had the Murder Burger for the first time. In the past, I've had the Attempted Murder Burger and it's awesome, but the Murder Burger is an insanely outstanding indulgence. My friend and I finished our plates, and she's usually one to have take home food when we go out. That was how good this burger was.

Quiet restaurant & bar. Great Irish beer & food selection.

Awful, never again. Food was sub par, potato leek soup was awful. Guinness was poured in a 14 oz glass, not a 20 oz standard. Also came filled halfway with foam. An Irish pub that can't pour a Guinness. Service was awful, took 20 minutes to be noticed.

Never again.

Burger was great! Service was great! Didn't partake in anything alcoholic but the iced tea is really, really good!

This place is loud but fun. Definitely not for a first date because it's hard to hear but a good place for a group.

Its nice they host a trivia night. Its not nice management does nothing when one of the teams made up of five white males chooses to be called "White Power Rangers".

Good traditional and contemporary Irish food with a great beer selection. Weekends at night it gets a little crazy with bands or DJs. It's not a bad thing as long as you are looking for that.

Terrible service the bartender lady WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE

I have been coming here constantly with friends just for some bar snacks and drinks. They don't have a variety of special drinks on their menu but the ones available are good and the bar is there for anything requested. I love how they have different bands play on certain nights, definitly brings a good vibe. Can't really complain about this location because I have never experienced a problem coming here so if you're looking for a nice, chill place to go to with some friends I'd definitly recommend this place.

The food is really good here. I recommend the Dublin burger! Service was excellent and the beer was cold!

Food was good, but customer service is bad. The waitress had a terrible attitude.

Very disappointing. My daughter and I ordered Scotch eggs as an appetizer and both ordered Rueben sandwiches. We received our sandwiches and when I had to flag down our waitress for silverware I mentioned the eggs. She apologized and said "but you have your meal, you still want the eggs?" As we really wanted to try them we told her yes. 15 minutes later we got them and they were not prepared as written...no sausage. The onion rings are definitely pre-made frozen and the Ruebens had very little sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing, very fatty meat and the bread was soggy. If you want a great Rueben I highly recommend Houlihan's.

I frequent this outstanding place once a month as I love the good air that is exist in this place. The staff is very friendly and experienced. The service is very efficient. Needless to say, the food they serve is outstanding. I frequent many times and I was always joyful. The payment is decent. I suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

Live about 51mins away but came to a graduation party here. It was worth the travel, the food was great & the variety of beer on tap was abundant! The service & wait staff was excellent. Overall would go out of my way to eat here as well as recommend to others!!!

I go to this nice place from time to time! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this place at least once a month. The food is great, the team is helpful and the payment is affordable. I like being in this spot for a decent meal.

Had the worst experience here. The manager Nicole is a very rude lady with the worst attitude you can imagine. She added something we didn t consume to our tab and when we asked her to take it off, she threatened to call the cops (???). Food overall is okay and waiters too but definitely won t come back because of the manager.

I absolutely understand their policy and I agree it should be as so. However I'm 26 years old and not an underage trying to consume alcohol! But, even if I was, I believe as a manager you should respect your clients and set an example to your colleagues which was not shown! There was no need for her to yell, threaten or be rude. Rules are rules to be followed I completely understand but when it comes to customer service you have to always show your best and try to be as polite as ever specially on delicate situations. If she wasn t the manager I d completely understand her not showing respect to us as the clients, however being that she is the problem solver, she is far from doing it right.

Great place to go to for a quick snack or full dinner. Tuesday is trivia night! It gets a bit loud, but that's the fun part. Would recommend to anyone. I haven't had anything bad yet.

I give it 4 stars, it s popular spot for drinks and young audiences. At the end it s Irish pup. The finger foods it s not comparable compare someone come from Texas / real Mexican food. And drinks it s okay, they should focus more on locals brewery, couple beers I had it s little flat.

Always a great place to go to for food and a drink. Beer select is excellent. Mixed drinks are good but definitely bartender specific. Great food a group of friends.

The worst service for tourist.. im from Ecuador, we came with my friend here to have some drinks and because we didn t bring our passports with us, we couldn t have not even a beer with our current Id.. too bad that such a nice place has a stupid law that we can t drink. At the end the manager told us that we shouldn t be there not even to eat a burger!!!

I love the Shannon Rose, but this particular visit for brunch was very unsatisfying. the food was over cooked, the drinks took a long time to come out, and the waitress wasn't particularly friendly.

Went with a group of friends and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the murder burger and it was delicious! I did think as a whole it was on the pricey side. I also thought the service was a little on the slow side. But the waitress was nice and the restaurant has a nice ambiance.

Unfortunately....not a place I will visit again. I got sick from the food.

Lamb ragu is my favorite. Fiance's is the murder burger. Chill atmosphere, awesome menu. Vegan options. We prefer going during the day, because at night they seem to dim the lights way too much, and it makes viewing your food and menu difficult.

Lots of space. Outdoor seating. Decent selection of tap beers. Food is pretty good. It has the capacity to accommodate larger groups, so it's a family friendly place.

Dakota Burger was not the best tonight. Roll too small. Have had this Burger many times before and loved it. Cobb salad a favorite was so so tonight. A+ on Harp battered

The waiter was fine. The corned beef spring rolls needed sauerkraut . Too bland. The beef stew was okay. They ran out of things quickly for a Wednesday night. Host was rude and disrespectful. I keep forgetting I m not crazy about the food. Menu needs improvement.

Great service great food, great atmosphere.
They had good options for indoor and outdoor seating. We chose outdoor. Heaters were available at all the tables, although we didn't need one. Amanda, our server, went over mask and distancing policies, we felt safe eating there. We had the Corned Beef rolls, Buffalo Cauliflower, Shannon Rose Burger and a Veggie Burger. All were great, prepared exactly as we requested. We will definitely be back!

Great guy made I in my wife feel welcomed

Tonight the service was horrible, I have been to this location plenty of times and never before have I seen it like this. No one waited on us for 25 minutes before the manager came over to us. The service was extremely dissatisfying and I am not happy to witness this. I will not visit this location and I will make sure to tell my friends not to come here on a weekday. Not enough help and to only order appetizers at 8pm and finally get a bill at 11pm is unacceptable.

Nice atmosphere. Looks like a traditional Irish pub that you would find in Ireland. Traditional Irish food, very good. Wasn't too crowded. Didn't have to wait. Got a good table.

Great food and amazing service... Fair price. The place is very welcoming. The waitresses do not hurry you out but allow you to stay even after you pay the bill... As long that there is no waiting line. The murder burger is something amazing. They have great variety of beers and liquors. It is definitely a place where I will come back soon.

Though the food ok and the waiter was attentive, prompt and very helpful, I was disappointed with the noise level for our dinner time experience. Couldn't hold a conversation. Suggest try separating diners from the areas enjoyed by bar customers.
