I attended the beginners sewing class this month. I had owned a sewing machine for 2 years and had no idea how to operate it. After taking this class, I am using my machine so much and feeling so confident. Sara was so relaxed, patient, and helpful during the class. I never felt like I was dumb (although I'm sure I was!) and felt so proud of my end result!

I really wanted to like it, I just couldn't. Not convenient to get to or park at, the owner is cold and hard to communicate with, and terrible service with sewing machine repairs and communication. I took my machine in to be repaired, I was without it a week and it came back with the same two issues it had going in. The owner said she'd call me about when the guy could fix it again (I'd have to have my sewing machine sent off again). I didn't hear from her for a week and a half, called and she said maybe he would be in Saturday, but maybe not, but maybe next Saturday. It was really frustrating. In the end she ended up giving me a refund and sent me looking for another place. I found the Electric Needle and fell in love! They were so kind and caring. I am having to have it tuned up again- it seemed like Sewcial Lounge didn't do such a hot job, but at least it will be repaired right this time at Electric Needle.

My daughter started her sewing journey here over a year ago and has been a devoted "Kids Club" attendee ever since. Price is amazing, sewing instructor is great, shop is a comfortable place to hang and out spy cool fabrics. We LOVE the sewcial lounge.
