I bought into the hype of the seat shop. Ordered the durofoam cushion for my seat. Gave the vin number to ensure a proper fit. Foam arrived. Decided there was not a way for me to install it since there was NO video for my truck. So I ordered the seat cover to match my OEM seats also. They made me wait three weeks to shop out this supposed custom made to order seat cover. Then I paid a pro shop to do the install once I had both pieces. Installer did a great job but when I got home I realized that the seat cover (ebony) was actually gray in the center of the seat, where the perforations are for the heat/cool seat. Totally GRAY in the middle. I took pics and sent to the seat shop. At first the gal just kept telling me about the aging of the materials and how it would eventually be the same color as my trucks original upholstery. Then she offered me 30% off the passenger seat cover (so they would match) but they don’t offer durofoam cushions for the passenger seat. So what’s the point of replacing just the cover if you can’t put a new foam cushion on at the same time and what if the existing cushion won’t work with the new cover? Nevermind the expense. So no help there. Then “”MO Cadwell” messaged me and pretty much told me to pound sand,wined about it costing $40k to get set up for the passenger side cushion), called me a liar about the three week wait to ship it and claimed they were a “stock item” and told me to take the 30% offered or nothing. Well, I’ll chalk this one up to getting suckered ! I will never buy another thing from this outfit. SHADY 1/2 arse outfit if I ever seen one. You tell me what color this is. I’ve got about $650 tied up in the one seat cushion bottom for my driver side of the truck and it is not a matching colored seat cover! Buyer BEWARE !
