I normally have a wonderful great experience. I haven't gotten sandwich hut since Covid. I had a TERRIBLE experience today. I placed my order, when I arrived, I went to the pick up window and was greeted by a miserable employee that asked me "what can I help you with " in the most aggravated tone. I let him know I was here to pick up my order, and I had my credit card in hand to be able to pay. I thought this would be convenient to have it handy since they were "busy". He rudely told me, well I'm going to help another client BEFORE you... Is that alright with you!?
The amount of attitude I received, when I'm bringing business to the company YOU work for, is unacceptable.
Not only this, but after he handed the other man his bag of food... He just stared at me.... Didn't say a word, just stared at me... I couldn't hear or see if he was talking, due to his mask and the wind outside. After a few seconds, he finally asked for my name on the order... Which means he wasn't talking, he WAS just staring at me angrily for NO REASON.
He took my card, stopped.... Looked at me and asked if I had a problem!!!!??? Like as if I was the rude person.... I'm just here to pick up my sandwich!!
Getting home, the quality of this sandwich is NOTHING like the quality I used to receive at sandwich hut. There's barely any meat and veggies on my deluxe sandwich. At least they toasted it correctly.
