The Kroc Center is a jewel in this community. My experience with the employees and service has always been positive. In fact, there has been several time in which I felt their people went over and beyond to assist me. The quality of their gym, facilities, and programs are comparative to many of the high profile gym clubs, but without the pretentiousness. The Kroc Center is a great place for families to enjoy a time of exercise and recreation together. In closing, I can't fail to mention that kids love the indoor pool and slide.

I brought my two and half year old niece and my daughter that is 16 but my daughter was not able to get into the water due to medical reasons and it was clear that we were not going to get into the water because we didn t have swim attire on and they still charge my daughter and I and their ridiculous prices to just sit in the facility. I ended up paying 18 dollars to sit and watch a bunch of kids swim for an hour when I have been coming here for a few weeks and was previously charged 6 dollars DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON COMING HERE IF YOUR NOT GOING YO UTILIZE THE WHOLE FACILITY

They cancelled my toddler's swim class last minute and didnt call me early enough to give me any time to sign up for swim at a different location. They refused to slot me into any other classes even though they had already guaranteed me a spot, and their next opening isn't for over a month. To top it all off they won't refund me online even though I paid online. They're making me come in and sign "paperwork" before they'll give my $60 back. Never going here again, id rather drive 20 min out of my way for a cheaper class so I dont have to deal with them.

The prices are ridiculous... u have to sign a contract... the facility sits on an ugly part of Broadway rd.... nothing pretty bought that particular area... welcome to the poor side with an expensive facility that for sure no family on that block can afford.

Great gym, it has all the equipment I need. They also provide several classes for workout for all ages. My daughter is part of volleyball league. I workout while she practuces. Very affordable for family of 6, under $80 a month as a gold member. We also attend the church service on Sundays. The ministry is great!

The whole experience was sub par. From the interaction with the staff to the ridiculous set of rules. Also, my son complained through the night about his eyes due to heavy over-chlorination in the pool. Will not return.

Perfect place to spend quality time exercising with the entire family. Great swimming lessons from Rhiana! Highly recommend taking your young children into their swimming area. They also offer dance classes for children.

We, as a family, enjoy the Kroc Center! We are usually there a few tines a week to take advantage of the indoor waterpark. I like that there isnt an overwhelming chlorine snell suffocating us. They also have life vests in various sizes for the kids. Yhe gym is equipped with brand new equipment which in my opinion is much better and cheaper than a regular gym. There is also a computer room and livrary and child watch available. Its a great place for the family.

This place is amazing. I catered an event here and it was awesome. The staff is very helpful and the center is beautiful. I was very impressed with the full service commercial kitchen and will be extremely excited when they will have it available for use.

I did not necessarily hate the place. However, there is inadequate space to events. I was there for a Special Olympics of Arizona Cheerleading competition; and, seating was extremely limited. I would say I was disappointed more than anything.

Was very excited to see a gym like this open up so close to me. I use to travel to freestone in Gilbert just to get some games in. Gym was great when I first started going, but recently seems like they always have the basketball courts booked for something. When I complained to the athletic coordinator Corey he pretty much said oh well I'm making the gym money with these events. I work full time so I can't go during the day when it is not busy I can only go after 5. Seriously considering ending my membership because of this huge inconvenience.

I give a low star rating based solely on the lack of availability of restrooms for girls. We attended today a volleyball tournament. Well there were parents and siblings including some fathers and brothers the primary occupant of the facility today we're women and girls. Each team had between 10 and 12 players and they were all girls! I know that there are more bathrooms around the corner and this facility we were not allowed to use them and we're told that we were relegated to only the bathrooms in the main hallway. With the sheer numbers of girls and women in the facility for a volleyball tournament it would have been nice to have another bathroom available.

Awesome experience at the center. My son took a few keyboard classes with Mr. Joseph and had the time of his life. He learned soo much!!! I really appreciate the opportunity the center gives to students. I will definitely enroll my son in more classes......especially with Mr. Joseph..
