Registered 2 kids and was not able to come on the assigned day. but due to the pandemic I'm not able to come then. I came early and they reused to help me. They told me to go home. I thought they were there to assist me and help the needs. Well, the true colors shines in a bad way. now my kis will not have anything for Christmas. because the team was being a square and did not want to help. Some people cant ride get to the bus anything is possible. In these times they need to have compassion and flexibility. They are not what they say they are for an organization.

This is their home office, which looks like they don't accept donations here. BUT THEY DO! They only accept smaller donations, no furniture or large things. But I don't have a "convenient" salvation army by me except this office, which was a relief that they still accepted my donation. This place does much more good than Goodwill or the others so I want to start donating here instead.

We wanted to donate our stove/oven range that works great (we were switching colors) rather than just have the appliance store recycle it. After clearing our day 3 times Salvation Army never picked it up. And our new appliances were already delivered so it's too late for the store to take it so I top of 3 work days wasted, we are out money. And no good comes from it. Never again donating.
