The room is large and the view is very good! But the swimming pool is not big, but the number of people who use it is not a lot, so it is OK! If you travel to Hong Kong very often, you can get tired of the city center, you can try to see the Tsuen Wan, and there is a shuttle bus to and from the subway and the hotel, very convenient!

The hotel room size is very good for 2 to 3 people. We stayed there for a month and the price was reasonable. We paid HK$16800 for an ocean-view room with a king-sized bed plus a sofa bed. The sofa bed was low to the floor and a little ratty, but the room was otherwise quite clean. Location is the major issue however, because the hotel is far away from everything. But the hotel provides a shuttle bus service that departs every 10 minutes or so, from morning to 11:00pm, that connects to Tsuen Wan mass transit railway, which makes it easy good to go anywhere in HK. There is a convenience store next to the hotel lobby, but items there are quite pricy. There is only one restaurant inside the hotel, and the food is nothing exciting. The best thing about this hotel is it is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Token-based laundry machines are provided, but the dryers are not very effective. Overall, my experience staying at this hotel was very good.

Awesome place to stay at Hongkong. The free shuttle bus to Tsuan Wan Mtr station is a plus. Very accessible and only 25 minutes drive to airport. The surrounding view is superb. Our Perfect for relaxation. Very polite and kind staffs in the hotel most especially the lovely lady assigned to clean our room every day!

I live on the 18th floor. The breakfast is relatively low. The breakfast is relatively small. The tour group is relatively clean. The room is clean. The general razor and the charging hole are different from those in Taiwan. Hong Kong has to go to the counter to have other parts. The room that should be very comfortable should not be blamed. The price is generally only the place to live. It is a bit far from the right but he has a traffic car.

The hotel room has a beautiful view, seeing Ting Kau Bridge and Tsing Ma Bridge, and seeing Lido Beach next to it. There is a metered parking lot within a 50-meter walk, and it is very convenient to go to Tsuen Wan and Tuen Mun by car.

Located at the bottom of the Ting Kau Bridge, this hotel overlooks the Tsing Ma Bridge.

Although the location is relatively remote, but the victory in the surrounding environment is good, there are beaches with sea views, air quality is better, cost-effective.
There is a shuttle bus to and from Tsuen Wan MTR Station.

The staff is well-trained and efficient, and check-in does not have to wait too long. Sun Hung Kai management is guaranteed.

The decoration of the room is very clean and the environment is comfortable and clean. Can overlook the sea view of Tsing Ma Bridge. There are simple cooking utensils in the room, including microwave ovens, kitchen cabinets, astrolabes, range hoods, standard refrigerators, etc.

There is also a two-person comb, very comfortable and full of space.
Basically every category is done very well and will not disappoint guests.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. There are many styles to choose from and the taste is very good.

If you need it next time, you will consider staying again.

The room is large, the view of the sea is general (see you are well distributed), non-smoking room but the room has up smell or smoke, it is called up, waited for a long time. Feeling lack of staff. The window opened and I had to open the door to smell.

The kitchen only has a microwave and a wine glass.
Poor toilet supplies, lotion, toothpaste is "X sister" card. It seems that the toilet is very dirty and the "feel" is not clean.
No plastic bags found in the room
Interior design, the furniture is good.

Swimming pool, fitness room is more than one person, but it is also acceptable.

Very cost-effective, $300 for two people a night, including breakfast for one person. It is recommended to buy a meal or take a shuttle bus to return to Tsuen Wan for food. If you drive by yourself, there will be a table nearby. During the epidemic, all fitness facilities and swimming pools were closed to dry. However, it is recommended that you can bring multiple pullovers, so that you can run down and down. There is a convenience store below the hotel, there are wine cakes and simple wild. The prices are reasonable.

It's a very nice hotel. There was some issues at first, but thanks to the manager Mr. Ivan Wong, all the issues was taken care of. One suggestion I can make is change the slippers at the hotel. Those slippers are so cheap, they will tear if you get them wet enough. Still, this is a wonderful hotel with good food. Special thanks to Mr Ivan Wong for all you have done for us!

Place is very near to beaches and is isolated location where no shops or atms nearby. If looking for affordable rates hotel with kitchen then this is the perfect place. Not all bus stops at the stops and need to wait in queue for getting the hotel shuttle. Need to depend mainly on the hotel shuttle always and it will me mostly of 30-45 mins frequently. Lido beach is also walkable distance. Sea view rooms are perfect as the view is total worth. If wants little more affordable rooms then can look for mountain view rooms also.

I lived in Dijing for a month during the summer and I am very satisfied. The shuttle bus is very convenient and the hotel is not bad. The most impressive are the gym and pool staff, they nice. Special thanks to Ching Man's sister, Michael brother and Guangxiang brother, who are serious and responsible and treat the children very friendly.

OK, where to start. Lets start with the positives....

OK, where to start. Lets start with the positives. There is a free bus that runs daily & regular to Tsuen Wan MTR station where you can catch trains to most of the tourist sights. However, this hotel is in the Northern territories so you are out of the way somewhat and it will cost you about 120 -140 HKD in a cab to get to this train station.

The breakfast was included in the room price, you will get a ticket to hand to the receptionist as you arrive for breakfast each morning. However, the breakfast room is packed full and you may need to share a table with people you dont know who dont have good table manners. The breakfast has a running buffet however it is pretty basic and set out in 3 different places within the room. The chef does not make poached eggs. The baked beans were of an inferior brand and poor cereal choices. There was often only one choice of jam for toast. There were muffins however there were no Danish pastries or croissants or honey. The cutlery was often dirty, so please be prepared to clean your own or bring your own down from your room.

There is an over spill breakfast area, that's a a marque in the carpark area out at the back of the hotel, which during your breakfast time you will be witness to may delivery trucks coming and going. There is no delightful view at all in the marque just dirty laundry being taken away.

Another positive that I must mention before I forget. The front entrance is pretty with its fountain that doubles up as a roundabout for vehicles. There is a beautiful small grassed area with herbaceous borders. However, there is nowhere outside for children to play or anywhere to just sit and have a coffee and read or just chat. Unless you want to sit in the carpark marque or stay in your own room.

Talking of rooms. We had 3 rooms over our 10 day stay, believe me when I say I was not truly happy with any off them however I had paid via a website and my hotel booking was none refundable so even if I left I would have lost all that money and I wasn't wanting to loose it all to stay somewhere else. So we made the best of a bad job. The first room was nothing like the pictures on the web page with pretty bedding. The bedding was a basic white. You could not walk around the bed as the bed was pushed upto the window. So not at all like the photo shown. The shower room was very small and there were mark's/ stains on the carpets and ceiling. Although there was a sea view it was the shipping harbour with shipping containers coming in and out all the time. Not really romantic unless this is your thing.

The beach called Lido beach is a fair walk away and down steep steps to get to it & although young families used it, I'd be concerned about the quality of the water considering all these boats. Having said that, there is a cordoned off area where no boats came near & there was a life guard present at the main times families were there during the day. The families with children all seemed to enjoy their time there. I would say some people are easily pleased.

The other beach which is within walking distance does have a lift down to it. The lift smelled strongly of urine. However, this beach was not really used by families an no provisions were made for hiring sunbeds or sun umbrellas. Again this beach had a view of container ships coming in and out.

So we arrived late on our first night after 10pm due to our flight and was told that room service was not available after 10pm. What star hotel is this? Oooh 4 star I keep forgetting.

After rearranging a room swap to a room where you could walk around the bed, we settled for the night. The view was ok of the shipping lane, but no balcony or anywhere really to sit and read unless you did so on your bed. The wardrobe space was not large or long enough to hang dresses only short items and it had a light inside that seemed useless. There was a usable safe for passports and money to be kept securely. However there were only two small draws to place other clothing items. 4 stars - someone is having a laugh when they rated this hotel.

We got good price from agoda, HKD 1000 for one family room, fit for four persons. Room quite spacious compare to other hotel in HK and breakfast is awesome with so many variety of food. The dim sum is especially good. Location a bit far from downtown but they provide shuttle to nearest MTR station.

Generally a pleasant hotel. It loses points for being hard to get to, but thankfully there's a regular hotel-catered shuttle bus service to and from Tsuen Wan station. Room was somewhat small, but nothing much to complain about, really. Wifi worked well. The pool closes quite early at 9pm, and there room service stops at 10pm, which I didnt expect from a 4-star hotel. Nonetheless the staff were splendid and my friend and I have no real problems with our stay in Royal View Hotel.

My first time in Hongkong but this hotel surpass my expectations. Very good food, very responsive staff esp when my vault was locked because the kids keep on pressing the code. Especial shout out to Cody Lee for being the most accommodating and friendly staff. We will definitely go back to this hotel if given a chance.

Hotel is quite far from the MTR and other conveniences (malls, banks, supermarkets, 7-11). The hotel does provide free shuttle bus services to the MTR, but for someone who doesn't like to walk, it is not ideal.

Royal View Hotel is a fantastic hotel located just a few kilometres away from Tsuen Wan CBD.

Rooms are clean and spacious and available at affordable rates compared to many hotels located closer to the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong (TST & Central). In addition to being a hotel, rooms are available as serviced apartments available to be rented out for months at a time.

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle bus services that run from 7am - 11pm from the hotel to Tsuen Wan and Tsuen Wan West MTR stations and taxi from these stations is about $50HKD.

Hotel is fitted with plenty of facilities (gym, pool sauna, steam, cafe, study room, kids play room) and is located conveniently next to 2 beaches.

It is very value for money accommodation, the price I pay only can get a small one in Central area without amenities. The hotel is located on the Western part and the hotel provide ferry service from MTR (exit B2-go down the stairs and the waiting PL is at the end of the stairs). The frequency of services rather high during peak period and so does the crowd. The gym, sauna places very good for relax and operate from 0700-2100, locate at level 2. The buffet bf provide good choice worth buying. Overall very nice faciliated hotel at good price.
