Beautiful view of the Ting Kau & Tsing Ma Bridges and nearby the beach. Isolated and quiet place. Shuttle bus services to Tsuen Wan MTR very convenient. Very spacious rooms and clean. Staffs are very friendly.

Generally still good after positive reviews. But the inconvenience of a great distance from MTR is not compensated as they still charge HKD10 for the daily shuttle. Service ends early by 2200. Concierge needs reminding if you book the early taxi to depart. They said OK but didn't do anything. Lucky if you don't miss your flight. A worthwhile stay when rates are below US$100 per night.

Wonderful hotel. They provide free shuttle services and it s monitored during busy hours...so no one can cut in line!

View is very nice in certain rooms. In terms of the room, it really depends what you re looking for. I found the rooms so-so. The bathroom is small, as expected. The Furniture and decorations is very very nice at first glance but when you start to really look and examine closely. You ll find some mould-like spots on the ceiling, sheets appear/are dirty (visible soilage that seem to look like either pen marks (?) or light mould....). The carpet is also visibly stained; in my room there s a large heart shaped stain by the window sill. The room smells muggy upon opening the door. One of my largest personal issues is that the pillows become flapjacks after laying on it for a few minutes despite the fact that they look extremely fluffy.

The staff are very nice, diligent, respecting of the visitors, understanding and very helpful. Though beware, if you re visiting from a naturally cold country like Canada...some housekeeping staff will turn off your air conditioning resulting in your extreme disappointment/possible anger of returning to the climate of your comfort.

We are satisfied with our stay in this hotel. You can relax at the hotel's terrace and enjoy the grand view sorrounding the hotel. The front desk staff were accomodating as well with the concierge staff were our transports were provided with hotel's shuttle, this serviced all customer to drop off at the train station and pick up back to the hotel everyday (shuttle service schedule is provided by the hotel). This hotel is close to Disneyland!
The room is spacious and clean. The pool has a relaxing ambiance were you can relax and swim all day till night time. Also has a spa room and spacious bathrooms.
The hotel's Lido restaurant offers buffet breakfast & dinner with a variety of chinese foods and desserts to choose.

It is very beautiful. The pool is also beautiful and sufficient. It stopped with four families as a base to go to Disneyland.
Breakfast is certainly Chinese loud but it is acceptable. Baths and toilets are usually clean as an overseas hotel. The kids' room is also used in the photos truly well and is beautiful.

By the way, how to get to Hotel Disney

Hotel bus free: Tsuen Wan MTR station

MTR:
Change at Tsuen Wan Lao King
Change at Sunny Bay
It is Disney Land
It takes less than one hour one way with children of net 6 years old.
The hotel's bus runs about once in 15 minutes in the morning, but it's quite lined up so it's better to go to the lobby 30 minutes before the time you want to get out.
Return is the reverse of the above, but it seems that the bus of the hotel from Tsuen Wan is charged, and if it is 96, 96C, 96M, it will be good. It seems that there is also a hotel bus if the timing is good, but I was an ordinary route bus from 96M. Attention is the same as Japanese buses, and places where there is no one to get off are passed, so it is better to say first to the driver but English is not basic.
When I was trying to get in, I pointed out in the destination display and showed it with a smartphone, and when I tried to convey it in English, the Hong Kong people who can understand the English of the passenger taught me a place where two people and three people get down again and again.
The appearance is the same as the crowded noisy Chinese but the kind and quiet is Hong Kong and the noisy Chinese tourist I felt. Thank you for the person in Hong Kong who taught me.

Octopus cards that can be used by both bus and MTR are required. You can buy it at the airport or at the MTR station. When you leave the country, if you get Refunded at the last station counter, it will be refunded in cents.
When returning home by airport express, there was a refund counter at the home of the airport station and it was convenient.

Far from city center and no other transportation is available except hotel shuttle to tsue wan MTR station. No other restaurants and bars in nearby. All you are left with is to buy food and services from hotel inside which is 5 times hiher in cost. Not recommended for people who are coming to enjoy Hong kong city and shopping experience.Hotel and view from hotel is very nice.

Decent accommodation but can get very moldy and smell strongly of mildew in the more humid months. Their free shuttle to Tseun Wan is rather small and often fills up forcing you to either wait 20+ minutes or take a cab. The views, depending on your room and floor, are nice though.

Spent here for a month during relocation. Good view, peaceful, yet not too far from the main city. They have frequent and reliable shuttle bus to the nearest MTR station. The pool is always booked the whole day for wedding party on Sundays

If you can not get a hotel on the airport side in Hong Kong, there is also this. The drawback is that the front desk is crowded, but the room is not bad for the night before the airport's early morning flight.

The hotel has poor customer service. The rooms we stayed were not cleaned well and properly maintained. No closet (only hangers), no decent table and chair. We even had to buy an adaptor for charging from the reception area. And oh, there's even no slippers or even basic toiletries like shampoo and soap. It was the worst but we had no choice.

They nickle and dime you for everything. Make sure you know what you are getting, because if you need anything from them, they will charge you a lot for it. Also, no ATM, so if you need to take a cab anywhere and you don't have cash, you're outta luck. Also, the view is only royal if you are lucky, otherwise it's a Tree view.

Hotel right below the bridge connecting the different areas of Hong Kong. The hotel is quite dated and the rooms have themes which makes it an ideal place for families. Outdoor pool is very nice and also the sports center is worth a visit. You can easily hike in the area.

The family room is small, the room is not good, the toilet is small, only the cylinder. There is no cooking stove, only the place to wash. The birthday cake delivered with the birthday package is a little surprising. Champagne is acceptable.

Great hotel. They are not really near any town or shops. They run a shuttle bus in & out of town all day.
Room was clean & good view of the beach & village area.
We caught the bus into the city from the main road outside the hotel as we didn't know where the train station was in relation to where we wanted to go.
On the way back we took the train & picked the shuttle bus up from outside exit B3. It was all very easy.
If you want to take public transport it is best to get an Octopus card. We found them really easy to use on buses & trains & trams.

Third year staying at Royal View, unfortunately a quite disappointed experience this time.
Room was dusty and not clean, bad odor from the sink. No systems at the pool, workouts being interrupted. Regarding to the shuttle bus service, incorporative schedules, over crowded at all times, min. wait is 30 mins.

Quiet environment, children's facilities, wave pool. The rooms are very comfortable, but the TV is slightly smaller and looks harder. In addition, the button of the elevator, personally think it is ugly.

The hotel room has a beautiful view, seeing Ting Kau Bridge and Tsing Ma Bridge, and seeing Lido Beach next to it. There is a metered parking lot within a 50-meter walk, and it is very convenient to go to Tsuen Wan and Tuen Mun by car.
