I have been thinking about moving from North Carolina to Colorado for about 2 years now. I have been back and forth about it, but after meeting with Alex and Lorainna I am much more comfortable in my decision to make the move. They were just very knowledgeable about the properties and about the area surrounding so I know what to expect when I make the move. I am so excited to start this new journey and I have Alex and Lorainna to thank!

Lorraina Perez is a great property manager. She makes sure your concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. Nice place without the high price that most of Northern Colorado demands.

I have lived at Royal Gardens for almost 2 years, I love the setting, it is in a residential community, I love the charm of my apartment. The grounds are kept up due to the diligence of the office manager. Because the apartments are a little older, the sound barrier is awesome. I also love the details of the ceiling in the family room, it reminds me of an old southern plantation. I have always received immediate service if I needed it. The office manager always has the residents well being at her forefront, in getting to know other residents, it is apparent that they love living here they have been here often for 5-10 years. I highly recommend this property.

Alex and Lorainna were very helpful in answering all my questions. The apartments are nice, and the complex offers nice amenities for the community.
