Overall it was a great hotel and it was very good in all aspects!

"Food" This time, the overlord meal to participate in is the most quality one. The famous chefs from all over the world gather here to hold a fine wine banquet. The details of the food, the heat and the decoration are very particular. The barbecue and snacks are my favorite.

"Location" Sanya Tourist Area Yalong Bay National Tourism Resort, the sea view environment has not been said, the hotel greening is very beautiful. The architect WAT & G designed it in the shape of a letter U, and the 417 rooms on the wings with more than 60 square meters were the first in the local area. All of the 33 villas in the resort have private pools where guests can enjoy exclusive luxury privileges.

"Service" Every waiter here is very polite and has a good management system.

Nice hotel right on the beach. However, keep in mind that the Chinese are here with the whole family. Therefore the food and the pool was very busy and partly noisy. We had access to the club lounge and it was mostly empty and had delicious food. Yoga and equipment gym were high quality. At the beginning of January we had good weather.

It s the same owner as the Hilton next door. The garden is open. You can walk along the path.

Great Hotel, good for relaxing and all. But the Beach Activity could be improve to compete with neighbouring hotels such as Hilton or Hyatt.

The staff was warm and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very varied and delicious! The only public areas are leaking. Five stars rating!

Come here for the New Year. The service is satisfying, and people are not too much compared to other hotels. The hotel is not big, the beach location is a bit biased, the facilities are a bit old, but the maintenance is very good. I tried the beach barbecue buffet on the weekend. The things are real and the price is slightly more expensive. It is worth recommending in general.

Rooms are okay. The food is good, but the pools aren t the best. At new years eve we had a reservation for a table, but there were already people sitting! So the workers sent them to there own table without problems for them. The people who work there are to scared for people

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Great staff and excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

The hotel room is very spacious and very clean. Breakfast is also great! Service needs to be improved.

Very good experience, every staff member of the hotel is very polite, the service level is good, the beach is very clean, but it is very late on the day of check-in.

Certainly not the usual Ritz standard. Rooms are old and showing signs of wear. Ordered room service both from the general menu as well as from the Chinese restaurant. Food was only OK.

This is a 1st class hotel, worthy of a five star rating and even repeat visits. Located directly on the beach of the Yalong Bay, this cozy resort has essentially everything you could want. From delicious wagyu steak at their local Italian restaurant to a great little movie theater, to watch the most recent blockbuster, the resort has it all. The views from the pools and rooms are incredible. A picturesque scene of mountains and ocean in the backdrop to the gorgeous property full of coconut trees and flowers. All of the staff go out of their way to ensure each guest is appreciated and feels welcomed. If you're not a local Chinese guest, feel free to book a driver from the airport directly through the hotel. It takes away all of the concerns of translations. Once you are at the resort, the staff will help you get anywhere you want by easy taxi services. This resort is a slice of paradise and it is a great home base for all sorts of available tourism in Hainan.

It's a Ritz Carlton. What else needs to be said. This location was very very kid friendly and very clean.

The resort is amazing. Rooms are huge and very clean. Staff are super friendly and can t do enough for you. The highlight of the resort is the pool near the ocean, heated to 29*
The only negative is the breakfast room needs refurbishing and needs more light. Chairs and tables too heavy.

Blackout for a few minutes while I was taking a shower, whole bathroom became pitch black. No water pressure in the shower stall, had to take a shower in the tub. Hot water pressure fluctuates turning into cold water. YIKES!

Hotel Lounge is tucked away at the far end of the hotel in the 2nd or 3rd floor, signs & direction were poorly displayed as if they are trying to hide this place.

My wife asked about booking train tickets online & the manager was friendly enough to give us her business card & said we can call her and she'd be glad to give us a hand. But when my wife called, she told her the info was in the Internet & she can look it up herself. Such previous hospitality in the lobby was just a public relationship stunt because we were in front of 20 guest & she didn't want to show any inhospitable attitude - SUCH FAKE PLASTIC PEOPLE!!
