Lovely place. All the staff was super friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Stayed in Moonlight camp, which I definitely recommend. Food was great.
Things are more spread out than I was expecting, so there is a lot of driving to and from places. They have drivers that you request pickups from through their app. There is a nice retail store (hours 8 am - 6 pm), but it is very expensive. Try not to forget anything!

An amazing family experience! The staff was very friendly, and had a lot of patience with the kids. The variety of activities are amazing, the food was exceptional, and the surroundings were breathtaking. I highly recommend this resort in Montana!

This was one of the BEST vacations we have ever had. All the staff was wonderful, the accommodations were great - most beautiful place. Our transport lady Katie Winemiller was the best and so was our butler Noah.

We had such a lovely stay and are so grateful to the entire staff for their warmth and hospitality. The location is breathtaking, the food was incredible (especially the huckleberry pancakes!), and the service was unmatched. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We did two experiences at Paws Up. Both were a far cry from what we expected based upon the $3000* per night rate plus additional charges for the experiences.

Both trips included us riding with the vehicles hauling the water craft. It would have been much better to have the boat and canoes waiting for guests and transporting them separately in a luxury vehicle. We had to stand around and wait while the water crafts were unloaded and launched. They were dusty and dirty and in the case of the canoe trip the vehicle had no air conditioning so it was not only hot but dusty and a waste of time as we stood around waiting for the canoes to be unloaded and reloaded at
end of the trip.

We were offered a hot bottle of Paws Up branded water after the canoe trip.

If you really want a luxury experience with the service you d expect for this price point skip this place and go to either Amangani or Amangiri. They know how this should be done and you leave feeling you paid for what you expected. The leadership at Paws Up should spend a night or two at an Aman resort to learn about guest services and how to deliver a truly exceptional experience.

The pleasant and engaging staff is the only thing that Paws Up delivers on. They were delightful. The rest ..more like what you d expect from a cheap resort.

In a word, disgraceful!

In a word, disgraceful!
We had booked our trip months in advance and planned to stay in their new luxury "Green O" section of the ranch. Two properties or $46000.00 for 6 days. 10 days before the trip we get a call canceling the entire trip because their construction company had not finished the buildings. (You weren't aware any earlier?)
How did they handle it? They said Sorry, and that was it. Sorry? How about offering your customers something a little bit more in the way of a luxury response, alternatives, anything?

No, just a lame and unimaginative, "We're sorry".

From the beginning of this entire extravaganza, Paws Up have been the most frustrating company to deal with from a communications point of view.
You call, yet can never actually speak to a human being. Instead, you must wade through their voice mail process, their timelines, and always at their convenience.
What part of any of this ascribes to luxury? The simple definition of the word requires that certain tenets are observed in order to make such proclamations.

Their cavalier approach to canceling this booking, only 10 days before our departure date, employed no finesse, no empathy, just a take it or leave it attitude ......."Sorry".

I sent a follow-up email after our cancelation phone call and outlined how our case was handled. Did they respond? No......................"Sorry".

Take my advice, spend your money elsewhere for an adventure vacation. Try The Springs in Costa Rica, they personify luxury and you'll be glad of it.
Just stay well clear of this organization if you're planning to have a luxury experience.
