In the heart of London, on the edge of hyde park and a stone's throw away from Buckingham Palace. We came for a small, post lockdown, wedding and it was fantastic. Staff were attentive and available when you needed them. Food was fantastic (some would consider to be small pretentious portions) with great flavour despite the array of cuisines the bride and groom put together. We would definitely return.

I wish I could give this hotel and their staff more stars. Everybody was so curt IOU s and on top of their game. Staying here made our London trip really special. Our room was always clean, the doors were always opened before we got there. They would drive us to our restaurants. It was truest an experimenter won t forget.
Most delightful stay! Though I found the paneling of rooms a bit too dark, it does lend an air of refinement. Highly spacious room with great layout made us felt most comfortable during our 4 nights stay there. The International Women's Day gifts in form of fresh tulips and cards to be found after turn down service, were very nice touch. Breakfast selections plenty and well made. We ordered Western, Chinese and Japanese. Liked them all as they were prepared authentic to the classic recipes of the region they were from.
For sure one of the best Hotels in London. Outstanding service, very comfortable rooms and amazing bed comfort. Also very quiet inside the room. Thank you very much
A beautiful, well appointed 5 star hotel, situated just off Park Lane. I often visit with clients who come here to stay or simply meet for drinks in the bar. The dark marble and red theme in the reception lends an immensely classy feel as soon as you walk in and continues right through to the Amaranto bar, which serves excellent cocktails. The bedrooms are large, with every amenity you would expect from such an establishment. As in all the hotels in the Four Seasons chain, the staff are fantastic, immaculately dressed, courteous and helpful to a fault. The food is also worthy of note. Certainly among my top five, favourite London hotels and well worth a visit
Stayed here for a week. Nice clean rooms & though room is small but its a comfortable feel.
Conveniently located, just a 5 min walk to Hyde Park. Short walking distance to Buckingham Palace, & the famous shopping districts of Bond, Oxford & Regent Streets.
Wow! What a place... total luxury in delicious surroundings. Had the Green Day package: body scrub, massage, scalp massage with the eye & face mask and lip treatment.
The staff are super sweet, welcoming, happy, subtle and make your day.
All facilities clean, beautifully kept. Products galore to make sure you have everything you need.
My massage by Silvia was THE best I have had for a long long time.

Amazing location, food and staff. I can see Hyde Park out my window. Manager opened up the elegant room for us, and showed us all the features. It is smaller by American standards but comparable to NY hotels, only more luxurious. The room service food was tremendous. Try the Creme Brulee. The staff is superb. Love it!
