The store had some wonderful items, however, for some reason the store management feels their employees need to follow a customer around offering suggestions or coming up & saying, "Isn't that item cute?" constantly. My husband and I left because of the constant attention. I saw a nice metal rooster on a shelf that I loved but by that time I didn't even want to ask the price. The management needs to realize people don't want them at their side constantly. For that reason, I won't be going back to their store.I love the types of items they carry and would have purchased a couple items. It's okay to make suggestions a couple times or comment on something a shopper is looking at but they did it too much. Management, you need to give your shoppers some space. We were not the only ones this has happened to there. You will lose customers if you keep that up.

This store it the gem of Wauankee. I had heard about it but never been until a couple of weeks ago. I went in on a Saturday and was met by a really friendly group of ladies working there. The store has a great assortment of accessories, jewelry and other things and was so much fun to browse in. As an added bonus, they also carry Pandora jewelry and can order things for you. I can't wait to go back! I've heard it's really decorated beautifully for the fall and holiday season. If you haven't checked it out yet, go, you will not be disappointed.

I called earlier in the day on a Sunday to put on hold a bracelet I wanted to buy for a friend. Google told me the store was open until 3pm... I came by around 2:45pm and the doors were locked, but staff was inside cleaning, they actually closed at 2pm. I was so mad at myself as I needed to ship the braclet the next morning. Luckily, the staff let me in and let me purchase the bracelet! They were in no rush, they wrapped it beautifully and even offered to let me roam around the store! Great customer service! I felt so bad that I arrived after closing but they were so understanding and pleasant about the whole situation!

Very nice place to shop but I agree, they need to leave you alone and let you walk around and shop. The sales people follow you around too much. I really like going in to this store and looking for gifts. I have bought several Christmas gifts there and some florals for my house. But I dread when I walk in they just can't leave you alone. I don't mind a shop keeper saying "hi" when I walk in, but that's enough unless they need to tell me about a sale ( which Red Barn never has ) or if I need help I will come ask for it. There prices are a bit steep. I would have bought a wreath there once but it was over $100 and it did not even have a bow on it ! Nothing, just a plain floral wreath. I found it online for half price with free shipping. I hope they stay in business because I like their concept, but they need to change a few things. Good luck !

This store has such a great variety of gifts, decor, and fun apparel. A little something for everyone. The silk flower selection is amazing. They carry unique items that you don't see at every store. I also love the Facebook "Live" updates. It's worth the time to check them out.
