The Ramada-KCI Review

Friendly people. Need to clean rooms better. Smell like cat urine. Someone came and cleaned and after that the smell webt away. Breakfast is grab and go.

The hotel is a little older but you can tell they take care of it. My son was grumpy because he had to go back home instead of getting to sleep on the super soft bed.
I received a wake up call for the transportation to the airport, the staff i encountered was were both very nice and friendly men.
My only grump is I didn't get there earlier so I could sleep in that super soft bed longer.

- Full breakfast and hot tub were advertised on website but were not available because of covid. This should have been clearly communicated.
- Wifi did not work and we wasted the evening and following morning in conversation with the receptionist and on the phone with the helpline (how on Earth is this the guest's responsibility??)
- The receptionist claimed to be filling in for someone and seemed utterly incompetent. He spoke broken English, made excuses, denied responsibility and and was unable to offer basic assistance.
- pool area and common bathroom were filthy

The room itself was ok but the experience is definitely not worth the price.

motel room was great service was great come to find out two weeks later they're making fraudulent charges on my credit card had to shut my account down will never stay with this place again

Dumpy.

The two workers in the lobby were doing nothing when I came in. Dirty floors... no greeting.

The room is dirty. I had to clean the, "clean" remote. It was disgusting.

Trash under the bed. Stains on the sheets and mattress. Beds are so wore out they fold up like tacos when you get in them and I'm only 195lbs.

I wouldn't come back

We started out on a good note and then it went down hill, a water line broke in one of the rooms around 10:00 a.m. and the water to all rooms was shut off to all rooms without notice, the main floor hallway flooded and we were walking on wet soaked carpet. There was never any communication from employees as to when or if water service would be restored. If you didn't go up to the front desk to ask they didn't offer information. After 11 hours without water and no idea when it was restored we checked out and went across the street to the Super 8.

DEFINITELY don't clean very well between guests. Gum stuck to the underside of the shower head, pee stains around the toilet seat lid bolts, stains on the mattresses.

The ONLY reason this didn't get one star is because the staff was nice and common areas were nice.

Good prices. Clean rooms. Indoor pool. Only bad was hot tub was closed. If we would have known this would have went somewhere else .

Stayed two nights. No breakfast provided even though it said it was online. Elevator had strong odor of urine. Pool area had a very bad smell as well. They couldn't even keep the coffee pots filled in the AM. Room was ok.

Was not impressed called ahead of time to see if all amenities were open, they confirmed continental breakfast was open but got there and it was a banana and orange with water. Elevator smelled of pee air conditioner didnt work that great
