My family ( the Hubbs ) has been going there for years. We do a float on Sundays, we can fill a bus up. The ride up River is always a blast the drivers and workers put a smile on their faces and help in any way. My mom and dad go there for weeks at a time we says get the same camp grounds. The best spots there. Thanks for all the years of great times, memories.
We love the Rafting company. We camp and float here 3 times each summer. The campground and floating is great. The showers are free and nice. They have a small store with a bar in a restaurant there, which is convenient. They also sell firewood there as well. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. We will continue to keep going back year after year.

So I called The Rafting Co on Friday morning to check about availability to camp for two nights and do a 7 mile float. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and was happy to answer my questions. She said just come on down and we will have availability for tent camping and float. I received the same courtesy when we checked in. She asked if I would like to drive around to find a site and I just asked her to put me at one near the water, due my daylight fading. They gave us site 18 which was right next to the take out and beach front. It was great to hear the water throughout the night and after dark that beach is the best place for stargazing. You could actually see the milky way. There was also a couple who camped across from us that have been camping there for years. They were very friendly and informative along with letting us know if we needed anything not to hesitate. All of the staff was friendly, and made sure you got what you needed to enjoy a trip down the river. They also let you know about stopping points of interest you may want to see. You can tell that the staff is definitely more like family to this establishment than just a random employee. We did not check out any of the amenities, but did see a pool, shower house, bar, and restaurant. There was a live band at the bar/restaurant on Saturday evening that played some great music you could hear through the campgrounds. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this resort for some family camping and floating fun.
Defiantly my favorite place to be! Extremely family friendly, they make you feel like family! Have great floats can even float by a spring & walk into it, watch out that water is cold but so amazing! They also do great deal with groups if you want them to cook your group a meal! They ve had a rough time lately with all the flooding but that doesn t stop them at all! They always make a come back!! Making new improvements to everything! Can t wait till next season to see how things have changed. They also have one great Halloween bash with blow ups, music, kid friendly games & bar for adults & this year some amazing Christmas lights & blow ups!! These guys put a lot of love into their hard work to keep this place the great place it is! If you ve never been you really should give it a try it s beautiful place even for parties or reunions! & Please try to remember they have been recovering from flooding so there may or not be little kinks they re working through & if you see one let them know help them know about it, Promise it s worth the trip & visit to go there!!
We had a great time here and all the staff where Awesome. They went out of there way to help us and make sure we had everything we need to have a great time on the float. (Being it was raining the day of the float) We will go back.
This is an extremely convenient place right off a main highway. It has friendly staff and great equipment. They are on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. Toward the end of the float there is a spring with a cave that we were able to explore...something unique for sure!
Very disappointing. The shower house was disgusting. No ventilation. No fan blades in the fans. Only three shower curtains. Showers were either freezing cold or scorching hot. No changing rooms. Toilet seat was cracked. One sink only had hot water the other only had cold water. Floor had some sort of black substance. Don t drop anything in there. Very large, loud group in the water late at night. People were even doing fireworks after midnight. The field was overgrown. Pool hadn t been maintained in years. The campsite was fairly good. It would have been nice if we could have walked down to the water from our site. It was nice that they would deliver wood to your site. And pick you up for the float. Too many people in the bus though.
Always a great time! We've stayed here at least 3 or 4 different times now and enjoyed every time. Lovely campsite near the river where you can be as secluded as you like. Nice bathrooms and beautiful scenery. Be careful driving around though. Great big holes and rocks in a few places. A truck would be your best bet for some of the places in the campground.
This place was a nice surprise. Very reasonable rates. The bar was very popular. Grounds were very well taken care of.
