the worst doctors surgery ever. Can never get an appt. It took me 220 attempts to actually get through AND I starting ringing before they were open. Immediately 8:30am phone becomes engaged. Rude and obnoxious reception staff who delight in making you feel small. ( with the exception of one lovely lovely lady who is fantastic but sadly its hit and miss whether you will get her answering the phone ) I am desperate to join a new surgery and as soon as Covid calms down we will be leaving this place well alone.

Never had a problem, lovely receptionist, lovely nurses, always get a call back when needed and the doctors have been wonderful.

Always had a nurse phone back if I couldn't get an appointment. Only a handful of times I haven't been able to get an appointment which is nothing to moan about. Especially coming from a doctors where it took me 6months to get an appointment so this doctors is amazing compared to others I have been to. Receptionists always seem helpful. Doctors and nurses have always been quick to deal with the problems me or my daughter have had.

I have spent 50 minutes this morning trying to get an appointment. I started ringing before 8:26 and it said they were closed. I continued ringing and at 8:29 they were engaged! I kept ringing 137 times in 50 minutes! When I got through there were no appointments. The nurse practitioner, who actually I have seen before and is very good, is going to ring back.

The point is this system for obtaining an appointment is NOT USER FRIENDLY!

Their only saving grace is they will see my child at the drop of a hat. But again you have to go through the whole process of phoning up 137 times in the morning!

When I get round to it, I will be changing practices.

I've always had a great experience at this Doctors, the surgery is always spotless, never too crowded when I have gone in and the staff are all lovely! I don't know why people have rated it so low, this surgery is much more efficient than my previous surgery!

Waiting in all day for gp to call me. Was told could be any time up to 6.45pm. No one called. Will be reporting to health board as never been treated well at this surgery.

No longer with them, but these were the best GP practice I have ever been with. They'd see me straight away when I suffered with my constant urine infections, I always had a call back on the day, regardless of what time I call. The staff have always made me feel welcome, can't fault this place.

Waiting outside untill opeing time to get emegency appointment. 1st in door and all appointments already gone. How cannthis happen?

I was so ill i ended up going to countess a&e half an hour later where they imediately admitted me and kept me in for 48 hours whilst they treated me around the clock.

At least answer my calls and have somebody who can spot a sick person instead of an unskilled untrained non empathetic amature receptionist make life threatening decisions.

Shame on you. Ill be changing my GP surgery.

last call to try and get an appointment 104 call then told doctors apps were full ..looking for new doctors this place is a waste of time ..the doctors dont even listen .and ive only been with them 3 months .and worst surgery ive been to .
