Bottom line: It isn't worth the money, and if you have a mobility disability you should look elsewhere because the layout of this place and the maintenance staff does not make this place handicap accessible.
Cheap built apartments at a rate that would otherwise get you something twice as good. Hastily assembled "security" is insecure and a real pain to go through daily, namely the bridge's doors are very troublesome to pass through, especially if you bring a bike. I can't imagine trying to get crutches or a wheelchair through those gates without assistance.
The staff responds to household maintenance issues fairly quickly but again the bridge is very mismanaged. The light in the elevator was flickering out for several days before they fixed it, and there is a gaping hole in the stairs that hasn't been fixed for nearly a month. Horror movie elevator or crumbling stairs, your choice.
The biggest problem is that college students live here and there is a lot of broken glass. The staff does not clean it up for several days if you report it. So far I've swept up two piles of broken glass from beer bottles.
Finally, the fence. Apparently it was put up after several armed robberies a few years ago. Because it was a surprise cost, they spent as little as they could on it, and it could be hopped in a second by even the least athletic of people and has multiple holes in it where people have bent the bars apart by hand.
The pictures show two places with a hole big enough to climb through, maintenance staff parked over the wheelchair ramp, and broken glass that I called the front desk to get someone to clean up who never came for over a day so I did it myself.
Edit: My blinds broke due to the mounting brackets being installed incorrectly, and they charge me $50 to replace them. They lowered the charge to $25, and may remove it completely. If they didn't hire bottom-dollar contractors, this place wouldn't be falling apart.
