Our organization ordered a set of giant checks to be sent to a leadership meeting in Dallas. They were the key part of a photo-op we promised to our largest donors, so you can imagine our dismay when the expected arrival date was delayed until a day after our scheduled photo shoot. We contacted the staff and they immediately printed and express shipped a 2nd set of checks to arrive the morning that we needed them. And sure enough, the 2nd set of checks came on time!
