Loved living here, great prices, nice units, and good neighbors. Only things that I did not like was the decks and siding could use some power washing. Otherwise great place to live!

Went with my boyfriend to fill out an application for one of the townhomes and was greeted with a terrible attitude/demeanor from the front desk/leasing manager. She told us there was no more applications at all and didn t even want to write our names down for future openings. She just didn t care to help us out at all. Happy I dodged a bullet with that.

One of the best apartment complexes and very reasonably priced. They maintain the grounds and pool. They are quick to resolve maintenance issues. Plus it is quiet and safe.

I lived here for 5 years and never had a problem. My neighbors were great. The few times I needed maintenance they responded right away and were always professional.

Why because you had a person ready to sign and write you a check for 12 months rent and you turned her away because of bankruptcy caused by her ex . I will let everyone know about this moving on . I worked for Devault operation for 2 years wow !! Was told by Jim that if I ever needed anything to let them know .

Can t beat the price for the area. Not the most up to date but well maintained and the units are clean. Neighbors are nice. Parking is terrible even though I m supposed to have two spots- but that s to be expected at any apartment. Ladies in the office are very nice.

I showed my elderly parents the complex when they were in the market for an apartment. They love it. They have a 2 bedroom garden apartment for $725.00 a month. It's an older complex but well kept.

The worst living experience ever! Staff (Dana) are extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. No option to pay rent online and when check was left in night slot, was lost by staff. I tried to resolve the issue when brought to my attention several months later, I was ignored by staff to accrue additional fees now more than 5x amount owed. My account was assigned to a collection (J&P Securities) that also did not respond after several attempts. This company is known for unethical and unfair collection practices and has a class action case against them. Several calls to their attorney with no response. Calls and emails to owners to resolve with no response. Currently opened a case with BBB to resolve and next will be Attorney General. This was the worst renting experience of my life! Save yourself the headache and do NOT rent here!
