We decided to stay here on a wim and ended up staying for 4 days!! The staff was wonderful and allowed us to stay an extra day... then another extra day, etc. The housekeepers were so friendly!!! We will definitely be back!!

Called in evening and somebody answered the phone that was not sure of themselves nor if they honored any discounts. Called the next day and was quickly interrupted and told to hold and after 5 minutes I hung up and booked at another facility down the road.

The room was spacious and up to date, internet was surprisingly fast. One major detail though that ruined my experience; the room was disgusting. I took off the couch cushions and what do I find? Pills. Not only was this a shocker because they didn't manage to to find medication just lying there, but after pulling out the couch bed, it seemed as if it wasn't cleaned. The sheets weren't even on it. The sheets were clean though (after spending a few minutes trying to find them). I don't even want to imagine what else wasn't properly cleaned, ESPECIALLY considering that we're in the covid-19 outbreak. Dissapointed.

if I could give zero stars i would. Been going there 12 yrs snomobiling. This year they ran pumps to keep water open roped off the ramp and completely lied about it. The first time i called she hung up on me. The second time she lied about the reasoning and told me exact words "the snomobile trails suck". Claimed they are all dirt no ones snomobiling. My husband and I put on 150 miles the day prior on excellent trails. I dont get it i would never recommend this place

gorgeous facilities, in bedroom hot tub, not sure why hot tub faces wall, and not the TV or patio door (ie: faucet position) stayed in suite with kitchen, living room, walk out balcony, gorgeous lake view out all Windows. continental breakfast was a bit below average, especially for such a "high end" hotel, and for the price. Rather pricey, hotel was nearly empty, we went off season, and we paid over $120.00 for one night. we offered to stay another night if we could get a discount and they refused to negotiate. keep in mind we were here in April, off season, we aked what peak season rates would average and we were told $225.00 for an average night, and if there is high demand, Holiday, local events, price could easily double, so beware. overall, other than price, it was a nice experience. FYI: BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS, THE PILLOWS SUPPLIED ARE HORRIBLE!!!

My husband and I have stayed here every year on the last week ofAugust but this year he hurt his back at work and we were unable to go due to his injuries I called 48 hours before our stay hoping to cancel and maybe they could work with me on a another date or something so I did not lose my deposit but sadly that was not the case.

Cute little hotel. Very clean and quiet. Decent breakfast. Pool, hot tub, and sauna area are very nice. Staff was very friendly. Love that pets aren't allowed. Nice views from the room. Rooms are spacious. Only small tweak they could make is breakfast ending at 10 instead of 9:30. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. We popped in mid week and they had space for us. We had a 1 bedroom with LR and Ktichen/eating area and nice balcony facing the lake for about the same cost as the downtown hotels that are just hotels. Pool, nice breakfast, all rooms face the lake, so nice and quiet even though it is on 51. A short walk if you don't want to drive downtown just across the bridge , firepit on a cool night....perfect up north stay.

Our favorite place to stay in the Minocqua area. The hotel is in a convenient location, and the setting on the lake is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is accommodating and very friendly! We are never disappointed when we spend time at The Pointe.

Just had a 3 night stay here with a lake view room and it was phenomenal! The room was spacious and very clean upon arrival. The amenities were great and even exceeded my expectations as the kitchen had all the utensils I needed, and the jacuzzi bathtubs were in excellent running condition. The place also allows for kayak and canoe rentals (a huge plus for what I was looking for). The hotel is located conveniently just across the bridge from downtown Minocqua, and is a very short drive to the many stores in the area. Although I went by myself, this place seems like a great place to take your family on a nice lake getaway as it also has a swimming pool and hot tub near the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

I am always pleased with my experience here as I go to a convention every year to this hotel and have never had a bad experience. The hotel staff are always amazing and accommodating. Great job to everyone at the pointe hotel and suites!

Beautiful, clean spacious 2 bedroom condo. I reserved a 2 bedroom condo with a Jacuzzi tub in each room and when I got there that was not what I received. Just one of the bedrooms had thr Jacuzzi tub. Also, the rooms are not at all the same, the other room is significantly smaller and no bathroom in it at all. The Master is amazing though! Huge w/skylight and balcony. There's also another balcony off living room that's screened-in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. The living room has a fireplace and pull-out couch. The only real issue is the false representation.
They do have a pool anf whirlpool in main part of the hotel. They also offer boats, kayaks and canoes. Its a beautiful area and huge amount of water to explore, fish and enjoy. There are a lot of perks to this place. There is not a lounge or bar of any kind there, but there is one across the street and also many close by in walking distance. Shopping is right there and many other things to do in the Minocqua area. Like zip-lining, small zoo and etc.

I had the most lovely stay at The Pointe. The place was impeccably clean. There was a full kitchen and a beautiful view of the lake. I also appreciated that they observe quiet hours after 10pm.

Stayed last weekend from 300 Miles away due to estate sale. :( Booked again for this coming weekend. Lovely, clean, quiet, friendly, reasonable. Will definitely come again when we visit our old stomping grounds, in the future. Highly recommend!
