The reception over the phone was rude and made me call another company if there going to be rude before anything gets starting why deal with them at all

I would steer clear of this company! Working at the Canandaigua VA and they constantly harass union electricians while their people violate one safety rule after another! Rat Company in my opinion

This man was a danger to all around on the road 12/7/17 from Geneva headed to Rochester on the 90. It was snowing slightly but the roads were slick, wet and the temp was under 31degrees. He came rushing up behind me nearly forcing me off the road as soon as we were on the onramp from Geneva and as soon as we entered the thruway he forced himself past everyone on the congested road. He knows he drives a big truck and it's intimidating and uses that to his advantage. At over 80mph pulling a trailer passing on the right and the left and riding the bumpers of people to intimidate them this is not the image a company needs... Not to mention he's on the phone the whole time. I literally had to stay below 80 just to maintain traction in my Subaru. He eventually slowed but only for a moment. I caught a pic of him with my dash cam. He immediately got on my rear and was so close that his headlights were in my rear window inches away from the back glass of my SUV.
