This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with! Especially when it comes to billing. They have very poor communication and customer service. The website for online bill pay doesn't even work!

This is one company I wish I never got involved with. They have no regard for anything going on with their patients, especially at the billing level. If you see their name associated with any clinic, physician or hospital, please do yourself a favor an seek an alternative. If I could give them no stars in this format, I most certainly would.

Also very poor. I get these statements not long after visiting the Dr. and they note already "Your account is seriously past due. Please remit payment as soon as possible."
They've done this to me before too, turning me into collections before I could get the payment in and then saying there wasn't anything they could do about it. I work odd hours and it was difficult to find a time in their hours to call in. This time I tried to pay online (which they don't provide a web address on the bill they've sent). I tried setting up an account and it came back to tell me online billing is not supported by my provider. I went to the questions and comments section for billing and to leave a question about it, but by selecting to leave a "questions, comments, and complaints for billing" it redirects you to a page with only a phone number.
Surprise surprise.

Was 6 days past the due date and received a call saying our account had been put into collections. When I tried to call them to make a payment they said we have to pay directly to the collections agency and the extra fees they added for putting it in collections. They had no remorse or interest in working something out with us to get it paid. Ridiculous.

Can there be negative stars?! Paid off my account in October 2017--which would have been earlier but they wouldn't let me make an extra payment, but they tried to pull a payment in November. Called customer service, they told me the payment would cancel since I had a zero balance. The next day the "payment" was deducted from my account. When I called, I was told that they don't have the records to prove this so I need to fax my bank statement to them and wait 10 days, which required me to leave work for 2 hours to get. Faxed it in and called to verify they received everything, was told the accounting department was a back office department and doesn't send or receive outside communication. After 10 days, which of course I had to call them, I was told a check was being sent, an actual paper check. Why not credit my card that they took the money from? Of course they can't credit my card but they sure can deduct erroneous payments from my card. Mid December--hadn't received the check after more than a week so called yet again. Was told that the check would take 15 DAYS!!!! So, if I ever actually get a check, it will have been over a month since they took an unauthorized payment from me. They've made mistake after mistake yet I've done all the work to fix it. I feel like I've done more work than the value of the check they're supposedly sending me. The only response I've been given is that these things are "policy." What kind of business, in 2017, has such a cut-rate accounting/CS system they not only take payments when there is no balance, they can't "see" that transaction, and can't just refund the money?!?! I've never dealt with a company that was so clueless to their own systems, so lazy in fixing their mistakes, so unwilling to help, and just flat out incompetent. I should get a medi-alert bracelet that says, "Do not take to CHI/Physician's Network managed providers."

You can absolutely trust the negative reviews you ll find here. The Physicians Network and more specifically, the Antelope Creek office, has failed in every way imaginable. From billing, to our experience with the PAs to customers service, it really has been as bad as others have described. More than once, we ve been literally forgotten about in the waiting room, and this actually happened to my mother as well at the same office how does that even happen? Billing has been coded for something different than what I requested upon scheduling my appointment and the office manager doesn t seem to return phone calls, but billing is not able to make any decisions. So if you want a medical care experience where you feel like you don t matter, you have no way to resolve billing issues when they arise, and you want to be forgotten about in the waiting room, by all means, come here. Their most experienced physician on staff no longer practices here, so that should explain a lot. Three other families we personally know, have left this practice for the same or very similar reasons. I can t believe I have to give them even one star, just so I can write this review. So disappointed!
