Took my Samsung in for a New screen, took a bit longer than first told but overall really happy with results

NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I bought headphones and then opened the package as very normal human being would do. THEY WERE FAULTY! and then I couldn't return them. Its disgusts me to know someone would take advantage of a student. 30 pounds is ALOT to a student!

I was recommended to go to The Phone Workshop to buy a case for my phone, they have a great selection of colours to choose from and I got exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Looking for a replacement battery for my ageing Samsung S4 Mini. First one sold proved to have an issue so replacement sorted with no drama. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend for repairs and consumable replacement parts.

I was waiting at the EE store for over an hour as I was having problems with my Iphone.
(Charging port wasn t allowing a charge)
I gave up went across to purchase a new, cheap, unlocked phone as that was what EE staff recommended. Due to lockdown they said every EE service will take weeks.
I went into Phone Workshop and selected a phone to buy, explained my situation and the manager/owner/ phone repairer (all same guy) said Don t buy a new one I can fix it, let me look at it.15 minutes come back .
The man was true to his word..... he could ve sold me the new phone but instead gave me a service, a lot less money I might add to repair my current phone. New charging port, he even fixed my screen that I said not to worry about and gave me info as to why old charge port wasn t working.

I went there to fix a my mobile phone screen which he did charging me 30 pounds. but while doing it he Brook my phone battery and when I took my phone back next day he denied it and called me a lier! Then after a very unpleasant exchange of words she fixed it and put me a new battery free of charge... I wouldn't recommend him unless you have no other choice being very careful to check your mobile when you get it back from him.
