I was going to take my pup here when I went out of town. I went for a site visit and quickly changed my mind due to the fact that the prices kept rising. Early check in fee,late check out fee,taking your dog out to potty more than twice a day. Playtime etc...all the add on made them more expensive than any other kennel
My dog seemed happy there. I hated that the pricing is so confusing and there seemed to be a lot of hidden charges. Also annoyed that the raw hides I provided were not acceptable and I had to buy a no hyde there. The rules and regulations should be spelled out beforehand!
Milky and Marvin loves this place! The staff are very passionate about our boys and the facilities are great. We ve been coming here regularly for the past year and will continue to do so!
I've had it! I used to go here for grooming and then they didn't have a groomer for a long time. So I decided to try again. They first called to rebook my appointment to another day. Okay. Then I showed up at the new date and time and was informed that the groomer didn't come in and they couldn't take me. I am trying to go out of town and needed to get my dogs groomed. They could have called and told me before I drove down there! The desk staff always seems to be new and not sure about how things work.. It's just a mess in general! I won't be back!
They did a great job grooming my husky, he smelled wonderful, they also deshed him and they did an awesome job , and if you have a puppy they have every first Tuesday of the month a puppy play , call them and ask for the requirements you are not going to be disappointed, your puppy is going to have fun, plus a free bath
I Love the Pet Palace. I Used to work there 10+ Years ago and I still take my Pets there. Seeing how things operate behind the scenes from my time there I know how much the owners care for the animals. My dog LOVES to go play in the group play area and swim in the pool. We always get a bath when picking up and I don't know what they spray but he smells SO good for a few days afterwards! They do book up quickly for the holidays so You have to plan ahead for that but they generally can fit us in with short notice for boarding and grooming and we've never been disappointed.
This is such an exceptional place. My baby has never been happier and healthy at pickup. If you want peace of mind for your dog as you travel, this is the place.
Love the assistance staff gave me. I was looking for a particular bowl that had been discontinued years ago. It showed on their web store but I also didn t live in Texas. I had been searching for a month. So I took a shot and called them and asked if they had it and if we could make some arrangement to ship it me. The staff was patient and helpful and owner took time to search for it. As it turns out they did not have it but they had a similar one. We worked through arranging shipping and payment. I bet the people in Webster Texas love this place. Customer service these days is not always a priority. Thanks so much and would highly recommend!
