I would like to give a negative star. Hopefully someone comes up with that rating system. Now lets talk about Par Plumbing Co. My recommendation don't even think about calling them. And if you do call them don't let them start the work before you get in writing the cost to fix the issue. I am attaching the invoice they submitted our receptionist. I was in a meeting and the receptionist came to get my credit card mentioning they wont leave our premises until we pay them the bill. Look at the image of the bill to get my point. One hour of work. And read the explanation given to charge such an amount.

We had an issue at the office building I managed in the dead of winter and I couldn't believe how great these guys were. They treated our problem as if it were one of their own family members.

Really nice atmosphere people are nice and courteous

My tenant s AC got louse noise and the heater does not work. They charged me over $700 but without fixing any issue. When I asked them their attitude was very rude. Stay away from this plumber.
