I finally made my way in here and I did indeed go for Burger Day on a Tuesday. It was well worth the 40 minute wait. Make sure to order fast and don't keep up the line. Be sure to go next door for a beer or two at Toronado's while you wait for the cheapest and tastiest burger in SF! Charlie will even throw a little chili on your burger if you ask nicely. I'm gunna have to go back for an actual sausage next time.
As my Girlfriend and I were in San Francisco this past weekend, we woke up one morning and wanted to have breakfast some place different. We wanted something not touristy and somewhat off the beaten track. My Girlfriend found this hidden local gem via Yelp. My recommendation is to try this location at least once. You won't be disappointed.

Arrived at five, it wasn't busy. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. This place has a cool feel to it. I see why this place has so many great reviews.

It's delicious and cost-effective! There are a lot of people during the meal time, but the turnover is fast, so you can get out quickly! I visited the hostel twice because it is near here !!

When I first stepped I was welcomed with awe and wonder at this new place my friend suggested. Then I was smacked in the face with the blatant racism. They will sit the white people before a person of color. Please save yourself from the ridiculous behavior and avoid this location.
LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone is SO friendly especially the guy serving the end of the bar. the food was very good, quick and reasonably priced. seemed relatively clean although i didnt see the bathrooms. only downfall was the lineup during daylight hours its crazy.

Honestly, what can I say? I went for the cheese and it didn't disappoint. Buttery bread, beers on tap and wine by the inch. If you want a quick snack here's the spot.

Looks like a dive but damn the food is good! If you want to skip the line, go through the exit to sit at the counter, service is faster and usually you don't have to wait very long for a seat.

Good late night eats after a night of drinking downtown. I had an order of pancakes and side of bacon. They give you a good portion of food so don't worry about leaving this spot hungry

My only regret is not getting more pasta dishes. Don't get me wrong, everything was great, but the pasta was amazing. If I were to go again, I would consider the burratina again (I love motz and proscuitto), would get a few different pasta entrees and then likely skip dessert.
Also service - amazing. I drink a lot of water and I think it was refilled anytime it touched below 1/2 the glass.

The Original Pantry Cafe is a go to lunch spot. Pick up a delicious sandwich(If you like spice get it spicy). The dudes who run this store know what they are doing. Let their sandwiches/sides/desserts transport you to Italia. Flavor heaven baby!!!

The sourdough bread is always on point. There portions off food is huge. You will not leave there hungry. Me and my son love this place. I get an egg white bacon and cheese omelet, and my son gets over easy eggs with bacon and potatoes. Yummmy. And you have to ask them for there secret salsa. It's nice and spicy good. It gets full but it's worth the wait. You won't be disappointed in breakfast lunch or dinner.

Fancied a sweet treat after watching the Sparks at the Staples Centre. This was perfect. Old fashioned peach cobbler with delicious ice cream. Good service, great price $9 couldn't ask for more.
