Cool place. Was there on Saturday and Sunday for my nephew's wedding. The staff is super friendly and I loved the fact that on the staff's ID tag they also have their nationality

Borderline 5 star. Excellent staff and service. Beautiful property - though rooms and bathroom too small. Dining options can be improved. On my 1st night, had 2 clowns for bartenders. Fortunately, they were not there for rest of stay. Very comfortable place. A little more cooling in lobby would help. Magnificent beach.

The property was nice and customer service was great. We arrived around 11 am and check-in isn't until 4 pm. We went to the front desk and they got my number to text when a room would be available, and stored our luggage. In the meanwhile we were able to go to the pool/beach (they provided the towel key and key to access the pool/beach area). At around 12 we got the text that our room was ready! We were able to check in and get ready before brunch. The workers at the beach are really nice and always eager to assist with setting up chairs/tables/umbrellas. We had a couple drinks/snacks at the bar indoors and service was good, never slow. Service was slightly slow for breakfast but nothing unusual. Overall we really liked this hotel. The only downside was that our room was right by the elevator and that area got noisy at times. We should have asked to move, I'm sure that would have been accommodated.

We were even suppose to be here but our flight got canceled and they rescheduled our flight the following day from the original date. We decided not to extend our stay at our previous hotel and try a new hotel and I'm so glad we did! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating our situation when I informed them our flight was rescheduled and that we had to book last minute. We spent most of our time at the pool just relaxing and ordering food and drinks. I loved the atmosphere of the pool club. It's very relaxing and not too crazy. If you're looking for a party pool club, you might want to find another place. As we were able to be at the pool, the hotel was able to hold our luggage for us. When we got to our room, it was very small but clean! I love how environmentally friendly they are because after a period of time, they will automatically shutdown lights for you. Overall, I would definitely come here again!

This resort hotel was great. the beach was beautiful. people are very kind. the rooms were very clean and high tech. one this that set me off was the breakfast. waffles and pancakes were hard and dry. but overall great service. one thing i loved was all the shops were close by.

Best experience ever!!!!! Loved everything, staff working there: the person at the front door, the people at reception, staff at the restaurant, staff at pool/beach and loved the people who cleaned the room. Everyone will make you feel so welcome, they will make eye contact and greet you everywhere they see you in the hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily.
We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before check-in time and they had our room ready, which is very accommodating since we traveled from NYC.
My family and I will definitely return because this place feels like home.

The spa hotel needs to be spotlessly clean. Our room was not cleaned for four days. The cleaners were hiding, and we could not ask them to clean them up. Hooks on the door asking for cleaning, no (. Didn't replenish morning coffee, full trash bins, no clean towels. Not friendly hostel for breakfast. Something wrong with the staff. Disappointed. Beautiful place and ocean couldn't fix my vacation(.

We stayed in the Ocean Front Premium room for 5 nights. The room was wonderful! Great view, house keeping is great, great features in the room as well!
The private beach area is great, however, the service can sometimes be slow when getting drinks, but it is HOT and the tiki bar is a distance from the beach, so understandable. Our service in the pool area was great, but the pool/pool area itself is on the small side.
Every drink we had was incredible, but the food is severely lacking. It was a hit or miss. Our breakfast experiences weren t good, our lunch experiences by the pool were great, and our dinner experiences were just okay. If you re big on only eating at the hotel, I would say this isn t the place for you. Otherwise, it was a relaxing/great experience!

Clean, modern and upscale resort.... with tiny rooms that are very noisy and scratchy sheets. I wouldn't return based on the rooms and the terrible elevator waits. Valet also took so long to get my car I missed my flight. Requested my car 15 minutes before I needed to go and it took 25 minutes. Missed my flight by 5 minutes. Pool is warm but lackluster. Beach was lovely.

Everything a Florida resort should be! Fantastic service, bar tenders are the best in town. Caring, attentive staff. Brenton is a fabulous massage therapist in the clean, fancy spa. Rooms are wonderful. Give this one a try
